I have lived in Natchitoches for the last 15 yrs. and have been going to this Walmart, it is by far the nastiest,dirtiest Walmart I have ever went into. from the time you drive into the parking lot it is filthy covered in garbage, the cart racks are unsightly, bent up and can hardly even place carts properly in them. Inside the store is unorganized, unstocked empty shelves on a daily, the shelves have clothing stuffed in them, trash and items throughout the store and nobody cleans this store up and maintains it the way a store should be. Never are there enough checkout clerks for the amount of shoppers that come through, self-checkout is now limited items. I no longer go to this store, I drive to Shreveport to avoid it at all costs. Shameful beings we are limited to places to shop and this store cannot do any better than this. read more

The service is great. The self scan was doing some weird things and the lady never got frustrated. There is a big selection! Easter on sale get what you can! The only downfall is the value of the items is pretty low. Also charcoal is outside not inside. read more

Very unhelpful staff. I couldn't get anyone to check me in for an oil change. Couldn't get anyone to simply open a cabinet to get a razor. Couldn't get anyone to check me in to get a haircut. I waited a total of 50 minutes trying to get one of the three done. Wasted my time here today. read more

I went to Walmart, for my husband.couldnt get any service in sporting goods at all.and I I waited over 30 minutes for someone.

Bad customer service. Called multiple times no answer. Then when you finally get a person they redirect you and the person that picks up have no clue about the department they work in. So drove to the store and other workers still didn't have an answer about products. read more

Went to get a simple tire rotation 10$ $11 with tax. Came in waited an hour and half while people stood around helped other people who came in afterwards and it took an hr and half to get it done. Upon arriving home I noticed one lug nut on my driver side front tire was stripped and then my rear tire was missing a lug nut. I would give them a 0 if I could. I ordered groceries to be delivered to my residence due to being quarantined. I placed my order at 11AM. My delivery was supposed to be by 1PM. At 5:30PM that evening my order had still not arrived. When I contacted customer service they stated that the order could not be delivered due to "traffic conditions." Natchitoches is a town of approximately 18000 people. We do not have traffic that is so bad that a delivery cannot be made. This is not Los Angeles, Houston or New Orleans. Even large cities make deliveries. Even if they are going to be late. The truth is Walmart never filled the order. If they had been truthful with me then I would have understood. I would not have been happy but I would have understood. Instead they chose to lie to me as if I just fell of the turnip truck. To me that is the ultimate disrespect. A formal complaint has been filed with the corporate office. This is buisness that chooses to lie to cover up their own laziness and lack of leadership rather than take responsibility and attempt to correct the problem. Regardless of the outcome of the complaint I am officially done with Walmart and their services. read more

A terrible place to shop. The products are expired and rotting on the shelves. The staff is lazy, unhelpful, and sometimes rude. The shelves are almost bare due to a lack of stock. The store is EXTREMELY dirty. Dangerous due to a lack of security. The people smell like zombies out of The Walking Dead. read more

We took our car in to have the oil changed! The man who waited on me told me that I needed a new set of tires! I just bought these tires a year ago and I have hardly even driven the car! When I questioned him, he pulled out this little gadget and proceeded to show me how my brand new tires were worn! I didn't get new tires! Nice try though!! He was rude! From now on, they will not see me or my car back in this WalMart!!! read more

Sean in the Auto Care Center was extremely rude. He tested our battery and said it needed to be replaced. We asked to buy the best battery with the best warranty. He walked away, apparently took a break because we saw him roaming around and drinking a soda. He came back and started working on our battery, but it seemed to take a long time. My husband eventually got out and asked what was taking so long. Sean replied, "There are other people ahead of you, sir!" Sean then seemed to be struggling to get our old battery out so my husband looked and told Sean that the nut he took off was not the one that loosens the cables. Sean said, "I KNOW HOW TO TAKE A BATTERY OUT, SIR!" My husband promptly told him to tighten everything he loosened back and that we would go elsewhere. We went to Auto Zone, bought a new battery and their sales clerk brought it out to us and installed it. Sean lost Walmart Auto Center a loyal local customer and James at Auto Zone just won one, even if the price is higher! read more

Perfectly fine walmart. Employees were friendly and helpful. The fresh peaches smelled wonderful, so I had to buy a bag!

I paid for a computer on line, which was in stock at the Natchitoches store. It was to be available for pickup the next day. After several calls, it was not available after 24 hours. I just got the run around by "associates" about there being 32 people waiting for processing of their order and I was way down the list. Only after I contacted an assistant manager, Ms. Nina Adams, did I get any help. She got someone to check the stock, verifying that the stock was available, that my order was correct and paid for and within the hour I had the computer. She called me several times for status updates because she cared that a student (my niece) desperately needed the computer the next day. I don't know if it is attitude, lack of caring, general complaisance or powerlessness of the rest of the employees that gives this store its run down look and lack of performance but it needs better leaders (except for Ms. Adams) read more
