I have been in the medical field for over 20 years and to be prescribed chemotherapy drugs & for the pharmacist not to offer counsel on that medication was simply unbelievable. I had enough & I gave Old Town a try. I was taken back by the friendliness and the genuine appreciation for my business. I only spent $25 and to be so kind, knowledgeable and make me feel like I wasn't some outsider- well that was priceless!!

We tried the chocolate malt and it was super yummy complete with whipped cream and a cherry on top! I do not shop at Walmart. Since Ramey's has new management and a new name Price Cutters I've seen…read moresome impacting issues that the new management should address. During busy shopping hours please have enough personnel to accommodate the cash registers. Once, no problem, even twice is reasonable. Unfortunately that's not the case. Very often there are only 2 lines and tonight I waited around 10 minutes to finally reach the cashier. My question is this; how is Price Cutter going to compete with Walmart if customers have to wait this length of time?? The answer is they can't. The last thing I want to do after a tiring day at work is wait 10 minutes for the line to clear. Additionally, the hand sanitizing wipe are now usually empty. With the flu season in full force, I wipe down the grocery carts handle. Why these issues aren't notice by management is beyond me. One more thing. Why does Monett need another hardware store? Grocery items have been eliminated so Ace can claim the room? I've honestly have never seen a customer in any of the isles and I shop 2 to 3 times a week.
