It's your normal Walmart super center I stopped and got a pre made Caesar salad which was really good. The store was well stocked and had some nice clothing clearance items. It's also nice that there's a McDonald's inside and it has a huge parking lot. read more

If I could give this visit zero stars, I would. Walking into this Walmart I felt a sense of wonder and joy. It was beautifully stocked and clean. The hot food looked amazing and I had high hopes for the rest of my shopping trip. I needed a bathing suit for my trip, so I grabbed one in my size and made my way to the dressing room. There was a crowd of people, but other than that it seemed quite pleasant still. As me and my friend were waiting the attendant walked up to us and spoke to my friend, "How many." When she replied one, the lady walked to the handicapped stall and opened it. Only then did she address me; "You." I replied one as well. Then, my friend offered to this lady that we could share a stall so she doesn't have to unlock another one for us. Now, this attitude we got in return might be because her husband left her for a more pleasant, younger woman, or maybe someone pissed in her cereal this morning but we were both met with a look of pure disdain. "I prefer my privacy.. but I guess if you want to.." With another dirty look! Not only was her look at us dirty, so was her general appearance. Did she think we were going to flash each other our vaginas? We were trying on swimsuits together. Do not come here if you want to try on swimsuits in peace!! read more

Yesterday I put in a delivery order. $174.00! I never received it, but it said it was delivered. Called the store, he called the driver, no answer. He told me that I needed to call the 800 number for a refund. She said she would send the complaint to the refund section. Still haven't an email saying they are going to refund me. Horrible place. We were checking out at self checkout and the worker Josefina was standing on top of us while we were scanning our items and bagging. From the moment we walked up to the register. We were doing two transactions and she stopped the transaction from her device and said we asked for her when we didn't. She told us we needed to scan items we had in our cart and we told her we were doing two transactions she said scan them anyway. She stood so close to us watching every move we made and refused to help others. If she did have to help someone else she watched us the entire time she was at another register. We were just doing a normal weekly grocery trip. Other people had just as much items but she was ignoring them when they asked for help. I asked her if she wanted to do it for us since she was standing literally behind us the whole time. We had a business transaction and our personal transaction but apparently you aren't allowed to do more than one at Walmart. I tried to talk to her and she walked away when we finished the transaction. She didn't do anything fantastic by standing right behind us and insinuating we were trying to steal. Place seemed to be clean staff was friendly. Carts need to be replaced or serviced. Had a lot of boxes laying around and other stuff in the way. The check out line we where in needed a manager to clean something and took them a long time to get someone. read more

This Walmart was a madhouse. It was over crowded, and the aisles were narrow. The layout of the store made it difficult to maneuver through all the people and products. They had a separate area for alcohol that was super crowded and somewhat inefficient for check out. After a few minutes of trying to shop without getting run over, we decided to take what we had and get out of there. We chose to shop elsewhere for the remainder of our stay in the area. read more

I've been shopping at this Walmart for a couple of weeks now, since the onset of the Coronavirus. During this time I have observed huge crowds and empty shelves. The employees are working day and night to restock shelves and keep people happy. This epidemic took everyone by surprise and this store has responded dramatically. In spite of the obvious stress brought on by the panic, sales clerks and stockers have been helpful and pleasant. I think we customers owe them a great deal of respect and a kind word of encouragement will go a long way. They are putting their health at risk just by going to work to help us. I used this Walmart's pick up service a month or so back, and it was the best service I've ever had. My groceries were brought out in like 2 minutes, the worker was very nice, and almost everything I ordered was in stock. I attempted another order for pick-up about 10 days ago, and ended up canceling after having wasted about 30 minutes of my time. Paper products and cleaning supplies were available, but all meat, and all or most vegetables were being made available to in store customers only. That certainly doesn't help people who are at high risk from Covid. I was going to pay for what I'd already placed in my shopping cart, but up popped a message indicating that could not be done, and they suggested I try to pay for each item separately. All of the employees at night are super uncomfortable and they'll escort you to a register even if you aren't ready to check out if you buy any electronics and i find that very weird the last 3 times i've gone to buy items for my xbox the employee in the section escorted me after being told they entire way to the register i wasn't done shopping and wasn't ready to pay for my item because each time only bought one item from the electronic section and yet she insisted that she had to for theft purposes but i still needed proximately 30 minutes left of shopping for groceries and did not stop escorting me and when i tried to grab the item to continue to shop she scanned them and said no u must pay now and i won't be told when i have to pay for items when i'm not finished with my shopping and had more money to spend at the store read more

A complete zoo and we are the ones treated like animals. It's nearly impossible to grocery shop there due to all the giant carts of employees shopping and giant dollies of employees stocking shelves during prime shopping times.Just a cluster fuck! People yelling for managers, people yelling and cussing, just a complete fucking freak show. And it's a complete mess that Walmart created. I wouldn't be Surprised if some major news incident happens in that store. Update since COVID-19: Bless the employee's who have to work at this zoo. I only use the grocery pickup since the store is still packed with ignorant people who refuse to wear a mask. I feel guilty watching this people who are usually older than me (I'm 55) packing my car during a pandemic that affects them the most. Shame on Walmart for not pricing more help for them of shifting young people to do this labor intensive job. It's been in the 90's and it is early May still. One complaint from my spoiled self is, the substituted my low salt plain potato chips with Honey BBQ Fritos corn chips. I don't know if a chip that is further from a low salt plain chip. The management of this store is making it harder to be a customer. All the BS because of covid is bad enough. Every time I come it's different, Now they force us to do the job of a cashier, so they don't have to hire people. They have 3 sets of doors but customers only allowed to use one, very inconvenient for customers. Employees all over the place but none of them are interested in helping customers, I guess Walmart takes their customers for granted. I will shop elsewhere when ever possible! read more

Moved here in 2020 and this is a great WM. Always have well stocked shelves. Prices are much better that the other area supermarkets. Also, if I have a question the sales staff is very knowlegable on product information. I do avoid the store in the afternoons on weekends. You can stand in a cue line of more than 20 people to use the self scan check out registers. I am hopeful in 2021 that stores can return to 24 hour service again. For a person like myself it is the greatest time to shop at midnight when there a few to no customers in a store. Thank you. read more

I have not been inside the Kingman Walmart for mebbe a month or so yesterday Friday 13 Mar 2020 my wife and I headed to Walmart. It was sort of crowded but not to bad so we went through the food side and when we came out looking for a check out I was blind sided by what they have done. They have demoed out 1/2 the check out lines and put in more self check stations... I went down to where there were regular check out stations and found only two were opened and I was over 6 deep. I left my cart near a soda machine and I say SCREW YOU WALMART you cheap bastards that do want to hire people to run the registers. How many damn billions to the damn Walton Family need. read more

Zero stars!!! I appreciate that you hire elderly but why must every register be with a person that can only move in -30mph. All the self checkouts were cash only! No registers open for small amounts of items! Why???? If you have people standing around at self checks instruct them to only allow less than a set number of items. Carts full of things should not be using the supposed quick check lines. You have other self checks with conveyors direct them there. Get it together! A person should be able to come in and get out in under 30 min! For 1 item!!!!!! read more

I shop here unfortunately because of price. That is the only reason. The health department should take a better look at facility better. Dogs and cats shouldn't be allowed where there is open food!!! I had the pleasure to encounter Michelle Sapp, a new employee at Walmart in Kingman, AZ. I was trying to buy certain style of men's shirt but couldn't find it. I asked Michelle if she knew where I might find them. Michelle walked me over to the correct location and helped find the correct size. She was helpful with my wife and daughter's questions too. She represented the best in customer service and is a credit to Walmart. I give a big thumbs up for Walmart in Kingman, AZ for having great employees like Michelle. read more

Walmart prices for a Walmart quality oil change. If you care about your car stay away. My son-in-law took my car here despite me telling him not to. Car came out low on oil and developed a knock immediately following service. They used a oil weight not recommended for the vehicle and we're rude and disrespectful when we tried to figure out what occurred.go to One stop or Stockton hill tire, anywhere but here for your service needs. read more

I cannot day enough good things about the auto center at this location. Sunday afternoon and they were super busy. Driving from Texas to LA, we ended up with a flat in Kingman. It was going to take them 2 hours to get to us because of the line, so they had us back the car up to the garage, used their equipment, and helped us put the donut on so we could drive 2 miles to a different fire shop with no wait. Alice, the manager, didn't even blink when we approached her for help. And BJ - she was without a doubt the most customer-oriented person I have ever felt with. She is the one who went from "yes let me help you get those lug nuts off" to "let's just get that donut on right here." And they wouldn't let us pay for anything. They are life savers. read more

I live in Las Vegas and this Walmart is in Kingman, Az. Why would I possibility come here to go to Walmart when Las Vegas is ravaged by Walmarts every few blocks? No, it wasn't because I was on a vacation.. or driving by it on the way home. I traveled 2 hours and 30 minutes because this Walmart has BLUE BELL ICE CREAM! Blue Bell is a native ice cream to Texans and Blue Bell only distributes to a handful of states in the US. The closest state for me was Arizona, thus it was a done deal. The freezer was lined up with perhaps over 15 flavors of Blue Bell Ice Cream, which is great because my friend and I took 16 half gallons home, would be kind of weird it they were all homemade vanilla. Aside from that I did not really explore this Walmart, however the bathroom was somewhat clean (last person before me left a mess). My only problem is that the parking lot was filled with crap everywhere, but easily taken cared of. read more

I feel I am being generous giving this Wal-Mart Supercenter a one star. Grocery shopped on May 2 and shelves are 1/2 full...even the pharmacy area!!! It is so disgusting to shop here because you just do not know if whatever you are looking for will be on the shelves. And if you find something you really like it is a guarantee they will stop carrying it. A couple years ago this Wal-Mart was starting to turn around but then in the typical Wal-Mart fashion, they got rid of the manager and replaced him with worthlessness. I am to the point that I am willing to pay a little more to shop where they actually care about the customer and actually restock the shelves. read more

I mean come on... Wal Mart in Kingman... this is AMERICA at it's finest. Video cameras everywhere to keep an eye on the parking lot (which is massive). RV's on one side setting up camp and crazed shoppers on the other side vying for that front row handicapped spot. This is the third nicest shopping outlet in Kingman behind the healthfood store, and Vons. If you need it and you want it inexpensively and on the backs of someone in a foreign land this is the place to go. Like Yvonne C. says in another post there is no (and probably never will be) a Target here so unless you are clothes shopping (JCP then) this is it! read more

It's a GIANT Walmart in the middle of nowhere! It's a SuperCenter so they have it all. What I liked about this Walmart was the aisles were a pretty good size compared to the Walmarts I had visited in other States. Also their parking spaces are pretty large ...maybe due to the many 4-wheel drives that visit this place. They don't have a Target in the City of Kingman so I guess this is the only place the locals and weary travelers can shop. read more
