Check my email and it stated Justin delivered your order. Where?? Not with me! I had someone call me about my order and informed them I did not receive my order, where was it and where is the pic showing they delivered it. She stated there was a pic but I couldn't see and explained again I don't have the groceries and I have a red door so did the picture show that? Couldn't have and she stated is was delivered to the wrong address and they can't get it back so she refund me and reorder my stuff only to have me pay for it again when it takes 5 to 7 business days for me to get that back!! No ma'am you can cancel all that and I promise I will never use Walmart's delivery service again!!!! She have stuck with HEB!!! read more

We have employees pretending to cough on you and touching you when you are not looking, during this time if ever, is totally unacceptable. These employees obviously do not understand the seriousness of the corona virus and it has not been emphasized by the management staff, because some of the supervisors themselves are participating in handshaking and not adhering to the basic safety tips. My heart goes out to some of the employees who were trying to do their work, while some of the others were laughing thinking it was funny to participate in these stupid antics, meanwhile, a few of us were still in the store before they closed down. After months of shopping at the Grocery pickup, this morning Walmart decided to decline my credit card due to the zipcode not matching the store. I contacted the 1-800 number and was hung up on twice by lazy associates that did not want to do their job. Billing then told me they could not look me up with out the order number, even though there is no order number on the grocery pickup. Lazy, worthless, customer service. I ordered photos from this Walmart over 3 weeks ago. When tracking my order it said the photos I ordered had arrived at the store but haven't been processed, whatever that means. This rating is for every Walmart. The store is dirty, poorly stocked, and the customer service is horrible. Sam Walton would be spinning in his grave, poor man. I remember this qoute below everytime a Walmart employee walks by me. "One of Wal-Mart's secrets to customer service is our "10-foot attitude," handed down to us by Wal-Mart Founder, Sam Walton. During his many store visits, he encouraged associates to take a pledge with him: '... I want you to promise that whenever you come within 10 feet of a customer, you will look him in the eye, greet him and ask him if you can help him.' I couldn't even find this qoute on the main Walmart Corporate page. It used to be there, but they've removed it. I had to find it on a Chinese Walmart page. Its funny, I did a 6 month tour at a Walmart once as a night stocker as a 2nd job to make ends meet. I practiced this rule, and the absolute shock on people's faces was priceless. Love this Walmart for grocery pick up! Christina and Emily are amazing. They went above and beyond to help us out. We have done the grocery pickup service multiple times now and every time they are super nice and helpful! No tips allowed, they show you and give you the eggs and bread. If you call this store to check for an item, just know that the phone operator is a crazy lady that will hang up on you and claim your threatening her. The Male shopping cart collector rolls the wagons into cars, as I have seen him do so while in my car. The birds will shit all over your car while you are shopping there. Everyone is too busy to help you find what you need or act like your bothering them if you ask for help. Their cosmetics area is very understocked & unorganized. Ive been over charged for items when the sign that had the price on it, when the sign is so big! The only area that seems good is the tv game area. Never had a problem there. People there always seem cool. Ive come to conclude that Walmart is a place where crazy & uncaring people work. Makes us customers feel like crap. Thanks! I really try to avoid going here. read more

As a Californian, who never lived near a Walmart, I LOVEd this place when I moved to Texas. So many items at such a low cost and I could get everything in one trip?!?!? A dream come true. Tragically, this dream has become more of a nightmare as time as gone on. The cheap rose colored glasses I bought there have broken down. This store seems to have dropped in cleanliness and quality since I have been shopping there in the past 5 years. The restrooms are frequently unclean, shelves look, well, disheveled, and getting out of there quickly is impossible with the number of open cash registers. I bought a pair of shorts here a few months ago but I have yet to return them because I have never seen fewer than 8 people in the customer service line. I refuse to let Walmart take more minutes from my life than they already have. This Walmart is clearly understaffed, which seems to be source of most of the problems. I would love to fall back in love with Walmart. However, as long as the Katy Walmart stays like this, I will drive a few exits down to Target. read more

Although I'm not a fan of going to Wal-Mart, this is the better option of the two Wal-Marts in Katy. It's generally clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. My biggest complaint is about the diminishing selection of brands in the grocery section, but that seems to be true of all Wal-Mart stores. read more

I am very disappointed in the fish section of this Walmart. Multiple dead fish floating in the tanks or dead fish stuck to the filters. No one around to help me. Finally when I got an employees attention to help, he had no clue about fish but proceeded to throw one in a bag with no oxygen. Also, he told me I can leave it in the bag for "a day". Review is for Wal-Mart Vision Center. Devin B is what customer service should be. After buying 2 sets of glasses (per my request) back in April and realizing what a mistake that was (long story I needed bifocal but didn't want to wear them) she took the time to call insurance and redo basically the whole process. I know I was being a pain in the you know what but she still did her job and made me feel at ease. Not to mention I had her the first go round in April and took forever finding glasses on top of price checking (they were out of network and I thought it would be cheaper to find someone in network---it was not). They refused to add enough handi- capped parking near enough to doors. Prices are much higher at this location than others, as they have no competition next door, like other shopping centers do. The employees are less than friendly, most are grim or just pass you by no help to find items. This is the most dreaded place. It's always a mad house. I only come here when there is no other choice. The check out lines are always long. They have so many check out lines and not enough checkers. I'm in the shorter line with only five people ahead of me with carts filled to the max. The cashiers are so slow here too. Slow is truly an understatement. Sam Walton believed in quality and customer service. It's a shame this legacy didn't live on after his passing. Walmart sucks. I went to get a calendar printed out at the photo center. My fiancé and I were at the little kiosk picking and editing our pictures while the woman behind the counter would come out and help people and talk to other customers. Then when we were done and ready to pay for the calendar, we turned around and they woman was gone and the closed sign was up even though it was 6:45 and the photo center wasn't supposed to be closed until 9. So we found someone and asked them for help. He said that the photo person had to leave early that night and the closed time was just an estimate and not really a set close time. How does that even make sense?? And how does 2 hours and 15 minutes early even close to an "estimated time" and while she was helping other people why couldn't she walk up and tell us that they were closing soon? Me ad my fiancé were standing there for 20 minutes. It's not like we had just walked up and if the woman knew she has to close early why didn't she get someone to cover for her? This isn't the first time I tried to go pick up pictures and they were closed before 7. So I'm getting my pictures printed at cvs from now on! So unprofessional! read more

My wife and I needed a few thing for the house so we went to this Walmart because we happened to be passing by it. We were in the pool section when we saw three pools on a shelf with the price tag of $6.97 on it. We were like wow great deal. We call a manager over named April to show her the price and that we wanted the pool. She had an attitude and said that's not the price and then called over another manager named Terry. Terry also acting RUDE said that's not the price and told April to remover the price tag but not before I took a picture of it. Then points to a tag on the pool and says that the price tag. Not sure on what planet 0044400 is considered a price tag. NO DOLLAR SIGN OR DECIMAL POINT... Just 0044400. I took a picture of what they called a price tag also and informed them that I would call customer service because that's the price that was displayed and that's the price I wanted to pay. We continued to shop on the other side of the store when Terry can around the corner with another male employee and whispers under her breath, that's him in the grey shirt. I'm sure she thought I didn't hear her. So I called customer service that night. The woman I spoke to said they should have given it to me for the price displayed. She tried contacting the store manager but couldn't get ahold of him. She left a message for him and said the store manager would get back to me Monday, no later then Wednesday. She said if I don't hear from him by Thursday to call back. Well her it is Monday over ONE WEEK LATER AND NO CALL. I called customer service back. They connected me with an assistant manager at the store because the store manager was on a call. She said they could not make the store do the right thing and honor the price. It was the stores decision. The assistant manager said they would no honor the price that was displayed but would offer me 10% off. Wow .... THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. What ever happened to 100% customer satisfaction? The customers are not important enough for the store manager so that's why they are not important to the employees. I see now why they have so many bad reviews and the attitudes of their employees suck. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! read more

Tried calling numerous times to get info regarding the cut-off time for tire replacement. The lady at customer services transferred me over to no avail. She tried paging them numerous times, but "Stephen" refused to answer. Finally drove over there to find out they stop at 6pm even though they are open till 7pm on Saturday. There were no cars in front of us or any customer cars being serviced. They also stop oil changes at 6:30pm for those who need to know. read more

Cash register and supervisors are not professional at Walmart in Katy, Tx area. I have bad experienced with 2 Super Walmart in Katy area of the same issue and their not friendly also. I grab ONE of the markdown/sale merchandise from the sale isle. And not just one that was the marked sale price, it was 4-5 of them of the same item that was marked down. I took ONE to a cash register, she said no, the wrong price and ask for some head of the cashier. The Leader came and not even have a courtesy to go check from the isle them -self. She said NO, we can't give you this price! I said if it was the wrong price it is not my fault. Besides, why is the same price on the same item? not just one all of them(4-5 ea.) on that shelf. I think they have a lot of problems from bottom to the top! Very unprofessional! They don't know what they are doing! From putting the wrong price on to the end, cash register! I've been shopping at this Wal-Mart since it has opened here in Katy. But there is never anyone around when you need them so you have to go to someone that might page someone to that department and when you hear them page someone it is so low you can't hardly here the page. Now to wait and wait and wait ok now go back and ask them to page again and wait somemore finely I just forget it and go somewhere else. Then there's the pharmancey that's something else. Another place where you do a lot of waiting I call my order in so when I get there I don't have to wait there that long. There's two reg: there and half the time only one person ringing people up. The people in line with are saying stuff like this is awful there's all of us in line here and they can see this and there's like 4 people back there and just looking at us and none of well come down and help out to hurry things up or nothing I mean really.
