For example, a 2024 "Mr. And Mrs." Wine glasses were still like $10! If you gave me that for $1, I wouldn't even want it. There was a huge selection of men's, women's and children's clothing. Not so much home goods. There were some bedding, and curtains, but I did not see any kitchen gadgets or appliances. You have to have patience to go in here and dig through the racks!

The manager told me they couldn't sell it at all because it was missing a part. I was stunned. I wasn't asking for anything wild, and I was buying other items too... I was definitely not trying to be difficult. As someone who also works in retail, the whole interaction felt unnecessarily rigid and like a strange power move. Disappointing first visit.

Most of the stores are not name brand (which isn't too bad) but I think it's unique how a mall has a souvenir store, a gym, a game room, a tattoo shop of all things which is a first for me. I do agree, the mall was horribly lit and felt very grungy but thankfully I didn't stay too late inside. The staff here at the various shops are nice. The layout of the mall seems kind of bizarre. Parking was actually really tough even though the mall didn't seem busy. This place definitely needs more stores but I really enjoyed my visit.

Funny how people want bargains galore but can't give a brand new business 10 minutes to open before going on a tear. It's alright aside from the interesting selection of books and rugs. Go have a look around. The only real complaint is that the checkout process is SLOWWW AS F***. Please tell the cashiers to focus on efficiency. The young man working on the afternoon of 2/16/24 needs to be retrained. He had to call for a manager every ten minutes. That was starting to get on my nerves because I've worked retail before and that's just a pain in the butt. The store wasn't busy either. My friend got a lot of stuff but she and I have decided that we probably won't come back. Most of the merchandise is name brand (if that matters to you). Prices were alright. They're not that cheap (but nothing is anymore).

The employees treat customers like we work for them. Zero respect, zero professionalism. The first incident: I was with a family member in the fitting room. I handed the employee clothes that were already on hangers (just not facing the "right" direction). Instead of simply taking them, the employee spoke to me rudely, switched to Spanish, and lectured me in a disrespectful tone, saying "next time hang them the right way." Completely unnecessary and extremely rude. Today it happened again. I am pregnant, tired, and shopping for maternity clothes. A pair of pants that was already hanging incorrectly fell to the floor when I barely touched it. I immediately picked it up and handed it to the employee. Her response? She told me to hang it myself, with an attitude, disgusting looks, and continued talking in Spanish in a mocking, disrespectful way -- as if she was insulting me. What makes this worse is that I was planning to buy items from the store, but because of the way I was treated, I left the items and changed my mind completely. No store deserves my money after that kind of behavior. I am a customer, not an employee. I should not be spoken to like this, especially while pregnant. Speaking another language to mock or insult customers is unacceptable and unprofessional. This store clearly has a serious problem with staff attitude and training. I felt disrespected, uncomfortable, and humiliated. This was my last visit to this location. I do NOT recommend the TJ Maxx Irving store to anyone.

I have never actually been to this Aldi before, I was just in the area. There isn't one near me, so I tend to stop by random ones if I am then going home. One thing I LOVE and constantly check their ads for...the organic grass fed ground beef. They don't always have it on sale, and a lot of times you have to buy a 4lb pack, but it is FANTASTIC. If you don't buy into the grass fed organics, that's fine, leave it for the rest of us. If you find it for $3.99...stock your freezer. Then make meatballs. Or burgers. Something that shows off the meat. I don't eat a lot of red meat at home but this is the only ground beef I buy. Today, I found it in single pound packages. I tend to freeze them in packs of 3/4 pounds, so I am not wasting food. Other than the beef, I love their cheeses. Score one for goat cheese under $2. Baguettes, vegetables, and their packs of microwavable rice which are perfect for meal prepping. Also at Christmas I got my sister a wine advent calendar here, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Go, Aldi. Bring a quarter for a buggy (which you'll get back), and your own reusable bags. I bring my tote, it says totes ma goat..and has a goat on it. Or, pay for grocery bags.

We've been shopping at this Beltline location, store #34 in Richardson location for over 6 years…read moreweekly and were always praising this store for friendliness and neatness, however, today the store was almost completely empty, yet the cashier rudely asked me to hold my box while the other lady in front of me was putting her things on the belt, even though I put the divider and there was no one behind me. Then she took out the cat food cans out of my box and recklessly threw those in a cart one by one, smashing other items. At this point there was only one lady behind me, so she did it intently. There was also no extra cart available close to her as is the usual case. My elderly mom was with me and started rushing trying to get out the cans back into the box while holding it in the air not to hold the line which made me ask the cashier that she created so much work for me instead of leaving things in the box as all the other cashiers usually do, to which she again rudely answered: it's your job to organize your items, and you don't understand! Afterwards she refused to give me her name and said: I am the manager. Well, the cashier's cheque did have her name on it. If she was the manager in a store that's usually very clean and friendly, and this time there was a big mess on the floor in the produce section, then maybe the store needs a different manager. Also, while checking us out, she was casually talking with another worker instead of asking him to either clean the mess or help bring an extra cart, etc. as she stated there were only 2 workers. I know the manager from before was an excellent cashier and manager and always respectful which reflected on the store quality.
