Clean, well maintained store with friendly and helpful employees. Joseph, in the garden department, was very courteous and helpful. We discussed selecting healthy plants for the home. Selection of houseplants and cactus and succulents was good and they were well maintained. Store location was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. read more

I went to this Walmart looking for toys for my nephew. when a worker, I think named Sharon came up to me and told me if I'm not a serious buyer I need to put everything back. She later told me it's because I'm a teenager and teenagers touch toys for no reason. I wasn't being loud or disruptive in any way she came up to me unprompted and I thought it was very disrespectful. read more

Was trying to buy a vacuum and did not have one at the Klayo store that I wanted so an associate there was very helpful and called the grand Blanc Walmart to verify they had one in stock. The associate that he spoke to on the phone did verify and was pulling it off the shelf and putting it in electronics for me. He knew I was heading there 30 minutes away to get it. Got to the grand Blanc store and no one knew about it. I asked if I could get the model next to it. That was the same price originally for the sale price since I drove all the way over there. Spoke to the manager that was on duty to be told. Oh well we don't hold stuff. Now after an hour round-trip drive I still don't have the vacuum that was supposed to be held for me. Bottom returns are the worst here had my returns in my car for a month a go every Sunday twice the whole return center was out of order and the other two weeks only one machine was working didn't feel like waiting a hour , today there was 23 people in front of me for the checkout line worst Walmart I've ever been in, store manager should be let go read more

Shout out to Trent! I hardly ever receive this type of customer service but I did at this Walmart. I was Looking for a fly swatter. Trent stopped what he was doing and gladly walked me to where it might have been. We couldn't find it but he was determined to find me one. He told me it was at the other end of Walmart and as we were walking there he beat me to it and found me and gave me a few to pick one. Now that's excellent customer service. All employees at any store should take classes from Trent!! Thank you for a great employee!!!! read more

Who the Hell is Managing the store!!!!!!! So Sunday April 11th at 1:30 in the afternoon have quite a few things need to get picked up at the Walmart. Proceed to the cart section, What's this no carts!!!! so I proceed to the other end of the store once again no carts!!!!!!!!. So I ask the attendance at the front main door? You have no carts in the store at all? So again I ask the attendant is there somebody bringing carts into the store. A proceed to laugh and say oh no there out in the parking lot. Went to WalMart Grand Blanc this am. Decided to buy breakfast sandwich and drink. The drink rang-up more than the shelf tag advertised. Immediately took my receipt and item to the so-called Customer Service desk for a refund of the difference plus the Michigan Scan Law refund. WalMart DENIED me the refund of the difference and DENIED me the SCAN LAW refund saying it is the vendors fault for the wrong price? When I questioned the fact that WalMart is false advertising, I was accused of lying, and creating a nuisance. DO NOT SHOP AT WALMART! DO NOT SHOP AT GRAND BLANC WALMART!! read more

Love Walmart I go all the time but I have recently ordered pictures to be printed. They advertise 1 hour photos. I went in after I got a text message that said my photos were ready for PICKUP. They said that my pictures were printed but wouldn't be packaged until the next morning. My mother has gotten pictures from Walmart before and all they put it in is an envelope. I don't understand how hard it could be to grab an envelope and put my pictures in and give them to me right then and there? I also don't understand why I got a text saying they were ready for PICKUP if they were not completely ready? read more

This was the DIRTIEST Wal-Mart I have ever been in! First i went to the bathroom... ew. Pee on the seats no toilet paper no paper towel. The hand dryer was so loud and didnt dry my hands. There was nothing on shelves. There was 0 socks there was about 5 apples left. I went in the dressing room and there was dirt and paper all over the place. No one was helpful it was just bad. I'm grateful that they are still serving curbside pickup for us customers and they take every Percussion. My order was supposed to be ready between 1&2. At 12:30 I looked at my phone and they were shopping my order. I left at 1 because I had a script to pick up. At 1:15 I get a text from Walmart saying my order is delayed. I was only 5 minutes away from Walmart at the time and had already got my script. So I went to Pita Way across the street and got a gluten free meal to go and went and parked at walmart. I ate. It's 1:45 and nothing. I called customer service who put me on hold for the pick up people. I waited 12 minutes and I hung up and called back. She said to come in and have someone paged from back there that is the only way I can know if they have even shopped my order yet. After a 10 minute run around I finally got a message that my order is ready. It's now 2:31 and I am still waiting for them to bring me my order. I can understand being busy. I could have shopped my order and been home by now but I am still waiting. I won't do a pick up from Grand Blanc Walmart again! read more

Great service and professionalism in the eye center and the Optometrist who completed my eye exam, Dr. Rivera, was top notch. Was seen immediately and the woman who assisted me with frames was extremely patient with me when I was deciding upon a frame. Would recommend it for anyone in need of a good eye examination and a fair selection of glasses to choose from. read more

There is usually a few more check out lines open at this Walmart than any other of their many locations. Lines are still long, there's still a ton of weirdos walking around sniffing merchandise- you know, fruit, toilet paper, lingerie, toothpaste, what have you- but this beats most grocery stores/chain stores. At least it's clean, which is more than I can say for other Walmart stores. Just for kicks, hang around and watch the store security stop shoplifters all evening long. It's actually low brow entertainment in these parts. Despite the fact that it is, after all, a Walmart, the grocery prices are the best in the Grand Blanc area. It's either this or Sam's Club next door for me. I wish the produce was a little nicer, but I have learned to deal with it or just go to the local farmer's market during the spring and summer. read more

It's a Walmart.......has pretty much everything but sometimes its hard to pay for your purchases because lines can be quite long.

This was a very nice Walmart. I shopped for make-up and that dept was picked-over and lots of products were already open and tested, but I was still able to find what I wanted. There were no lines and I was able to check out quickly. They have greeters at this Walmart and they were nice. read more

Tired of coming in to pick up something I've gotten many times before only for then to be out. Then I have to settle for something similar or something completely different. I am a frequent shopper at this Wal-Mart, and I have never felt so disgusted and so unwelcomed by employees in my life. Whilst on the go with my friends, we decided to stop at our local Wal-Mart, and pick up a few items. However, my friend did not have any masks in her car. As corona cases are spiking, and the virus is at an all time high, I was worried for my safety by walking into a public facility without a mask. However, I proceeded into the store, hoping a friendly Wal-Mart associate would provide me with a mask. After waiting in line at the customer service desk, I politely asked the employee "Do you guys have a mask I could wear as I shop?" The employee simply said "They cost a dollar". This statement was very off-putting to me, as I felt it was unreasonable to pay a dollar to keep myself and others safe amidst a pandemic. Instead of paying a dollar, I pulled my coat up to my nose, and held the coat close to my nose and mouth. Whilst shopping for vitamins, I noticed that the pharmacy had an opened box of masks behind the window. I asked the lady working the pharmacy "Do you guys have a mask I could use?" and she said "We sell them in a two pack for a dollar in one of the aisles". I proceeded to say "No ma'am. I just need one", she said "We sell them in a two pack for a dollar". Becoming frustrated, I said "I just need ONE mask for right now", and the lady said "we're not allowed to hand people a mask". Notice how this answer was different than the answer at the customer service desk. I bet if I paid a dollar, she would've handed over a mask. In a last ditch effort, I went to the gun section and looked behind the counter from afar. I saw a box of opened masks underneath the register. I would've gone behind the register and gotten one myself, but I didn't want to get shot. So I asked the man who worked in that department "Could I have one of those masks under there". What this employee said to me was so disgusting to me, I couldn't even believe it. This man really said "Those masks are for employees only". I was baffled, so I gracefully said "Ok, I guess I'll just die from a pandemic because of Wal-Mart". His statement just proves that Wal-Mart as a company, does not care about their customers, and only cares about money. Now I know what you're thinking, "Why couldn't he just pay a dollar for a mask"? First, I only brought enough money for what I was planning on purchasing. Had I paid that extra dollar, that would've set me back. Second, it's the matter of principle. If we, as a country, are in a pandemic, why would a BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY choose to profit off of said pandemic. If Wal-Mart cared about the safety of their shoppers and employees, they would make sure to provide EVERYONE (not just their employees) with a mask. Wal-Mart, if I die of the coronavirus, it's on you. read more
