Most of the staff are very efficient and friendly. There were 3 or 4 of the people who shop for people's pick up orders who were extremely rude. They park in the middle of the aisles or stop in front of merchandise while they check their lists. The don't say excuse me and cut people off. The young man taking in the carts from lot was awesome! The shelves are ridiculous for elderly. Everything in the refrigerated section packed so tight and heaven forbid if you are trying to reach back more than arms length. Seriously not customer friendly at all. Then you have Dudley DoRight, with arms folded standing two feet from me watching my every move as I check out. Do I need to be watched? I cannot place items in the bag area because I have scoliosis. So I bring a bag up to where I'm working. She says 'We have cameras watching your every move". I said good. Walmart Supercenter - Time to spend money - Department Stores Near Me - Fergus Falls, Minnesota

If the Fergus falls Walmart isn't a scary enough place to be past 10 o'clock at night, the workers sure do make it scary enough. Anyways me and my four friends are all celebrating one of the girls birthdays and went to Walmart. As we trotted into Walmart, very yippy to go eat some party supplies, we were instantly STOPPED TO A HALT when we saw a human size octopus lying with its fellow friends. STOPPING IN OUR PATH we INSTANTLY got side tracked and picked out this said octopus. Making us so beyond happy we walked around holding it. After getting followed by a very IMPOLITE "worker" for the past 3 min she finally decided to stop and yell at us for literally holding a stuffed animal. With all of the downsides of Walmart acting like that to us, they also lost a whopping 35$ profit and some very consistent shoppers. All in all, don't go to Walmart if you wanna walk around and get yelled at by workers bc you are holding a stuffed animal. I did try to call and complain after abruptly leaving, BUT OF COURSE NOBODY ANSWERED THE CALL AFTER 4 MINUTES OF BEING ON HOLD. my advice to Walmart! get ur shit together. read more

This is probably the worst Wal-Mart I've ever been to in my life, quite the statement, sad but true. This location is sooo clustered and unorganized you wont be able to find what you need that's if they even carry what you need. Staff is rude, and completely oblivious about their work place. I asked where the diapers were because everything is so crammed I was getting really frustrated, the employee I asked said "they're in the baby section" ........... I couldn't believe my ears. Then I asked an elderly man working in electronics to get a bike out of the back for me and he told me "that's not my department." and this was the most polite thing he said, actually he got so nasty with me it sort of made me step back, nervous. I found that the staff was very polite! Every one from the greeter to the pharmacy staff,hardware,clothing,literaly every person I talked with was helpful and smiled when I asked a question. There was a lady on a ladder stocking shelves that didnt know where something was but got down and took me to someone that did help me! I dont know who wrote the other very negative comment, possibly a disgrutled ex- employee but they ar very wrong. The Fergus Falls Walmart is as good as good as it gets!! RD read more

The store is dirty, the shelves are somewhat empty or filled with junk mdse. the worst part is most of the staff is not knowledgeable about the products they sell especially in Electronics and home furnishing. The bathrooms when they are open are not appealing. The management is non-existence. The staff is constantly looking around for management almost afraid to say hello.
