I'm a fan of this Walmart Supercenter. There is a Walmart in Santurce, near where I live., but I…read moreprefer to make the drive out to Caguas because this one is so much better. I like the overall vibe of this store. I've never had an issue here. It's clean, well laid out, and well stocked. Rarely have we come here and not found what we were looking for. At the Santurce one, all the time. The few times I've engaged with staff has been nice. In fact, before COVID I remember seeing a banner at the entrance announcing this store being recognized for its outstanding customer service. I'll keep coming back as long as they keep it up.
I like the cafeteria here. Good food. There used to be a McDonald's inside, but not anymore. Ow they have appliances there. The parking is huge and always full. However, I have to say I've never had to difficulty finding a spot. Maybe it's because I always arrive in the morning. The biggest issues with the parking are the long lines that form on the afternoons and that it's open, so if it rains you're stuck inside waiting out the rain. Also, if you arrive from the freeway (PR-30), you have to make a U-Turn at the stoplight because the entrance to the parking is only accessible in the opposite direction.
