I had some time to kill before I needed to check in to my hotel. I decided to stop here to walk around and just browse and see if they had anything I might need. I walked up and down just about every aisle to see what was on the shelves. I have to say that this location was well stocked. That is truly a rarity when it comes to a Walmart. In fact I was able to find an item that I had not been able to find around home for some time. I was half tempted to buy all they had on the shelf for fear I would be in the same boat again. But I only had two hands and no time to head up front for a cart. With my treasure in hand I made my way up front to pay. It was an easy self checkout experience. Made my way out to my car and was happy to be done with that. read more

Was told by 3 customer service employees that there was no exchange policy in Bradford PA after purchasing a pair of men's pants in the wrong size through the online ordering system 2 hours prior. They refused to look up my account. I had to drive to Olean to resolve the issue and was told that location hadn't had an exchange policy in over 6 years. Finally, called 1800Walmart where they confirmed they have exchange policies. Dishonesty does not gain customers. read more

I would leave negative stars . This place is Terrible Terrible. There has been an issue with their incompetence any time I've gone there. They broke one of my wheel studs while flipping my tires and then showed it to me and said that they don't fix those. I had to go somewhere else to fix what thr broke. They paid for it of course. Then I buy a new battery there for my car and it's garbage but has a 1 year warranty. So I took it back to swap it out and they say thst they can't do that because it passed a test they ran on it. It just said warranty, there was no other policy given to me when I purchased that junk battery. They wouldn't give me a copy of the policy either. They let me take a pic of a small portion of it while they covered up other parts on the paper. I read it when i got home and it says that they were supposed to fully charge my battery before giving it back to me , which they didnt. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. THEY ACTUALLY SEEM TO HAVE A DISTAIN FOR THE CUSTOMER. YOU CAN FEEL IT AND SEE IT. ILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. You do not want to use this service, I promise you read more

It was AWFUl!!! Went to automotive to return battery, stood at counter for a good 5-10 min before I addressed the worker right beside us if she(Jade) do the return, she(Jade) huffed and puffed, threw her arms up, threw her cart steps up and clearly was mad that we had asked her(Jade) to do a return. She (Jade) gave me attitude the entire time I was at counter doing the return. Walmart needs to do better. What happened to good customer service, you won't find it at Bradford Walmart that's for sure. read more

Employees with huge carts blocking every isle. Poor selections of brands & many customers with pet dogs in food carts. Have never seen service dogs- just dirty pet dogs. Two workers holding customers up to inspect your receipts and each item at each exit. Will NEVER shop there again. read more

The crew working in the automotive section lacks customer service. They see you standing there and just ignore you. Get a text that your car is ready and wait 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge you even though they look at you 20 times. The staff is rather rude. In fact their customer service sucks. Manager just came up to the check in check out kiosk and completely ignored the customers standing there. Unfortunately they have a captive audience. read more

I decided to check this place out at the suggestion of a friend. I really like the store. It has a nice large selection, friendly staff, and easy access to everything. They're always really busy when I go, and finding a decent parking spot is a challenge but that's typical of most Walmarts. I've only been here once but I was impressed and I would come again. read more

There better than Olean, they actually have bags. I hate those stupid gates when you first walk in, there not going to stop anyone from stealing. there just an annoying thing that barely opens and beeps. There should be more line check-outs. The workers are for the most part nice, but there was this one lady who was so mad when I asked her where the dog leashes were because she said she believes that dogs shouldn't be tied to a rope and forced to walk. Experience bad, but overall goodish the monsters are cheap compared to gas stations. read more

I stopped at the vision center because a screw came our. Told Toni we were from out of town. She took the glasses said it needed a bigger screw. After half hour we finally told her we would have our local fix it. She hands them back and I gasp because there was a huge scratch and small ones . She says I didn't do it. I say I did nor have scratches. After all the excuses we leave. I call the next day and leave me a message for Cody the manager to call me. Lady ( not Toni) was nice and took down info. Cody was great. I told him what I expected and what the local Walmart said. I would need all new . Lenses bad , screw stripped from pushing big screw in. Then bent them. I got new glasses and Cody did everything right and did not give me a hard time. He is excellent. Thank you Cody read more

I would give it zero stars...always a long wait to check out..and no registers open..only self check out..if I wanted to check myself out I would work there read more

When I first moved to Bradford last November this store was pretty good for a Walmart. It had a great variety of brands to choose from in Grocery, was clean and the shelves generally stocked well. Recently I noticed the nice selection of name brands are gone replaced almost exclusively on some shelves by Walmart's own generic brand. Now I have to frequent Dollar General for my hormone free milk and head to the more expensive Tops Markets for additional favorites no longer offered at Walmart in Bradford. read more
