When I did it last, I went to Japan Camera which costs about $18 bucks for 5 pictures. This time I only paid $12 for 6 pictures - $8.99 for four photos and $2 for two extra photos. Photos were ready in 20 minutes and service was as sufficient. I'm not too sure how the other photo services are but for passport pictures it fits the bill.
