The first time I came here I needed a camera fixed, he fixed it in a few minutes while I waited and didn't even charge anything because it was an easy fix. He could have easily kept the camera and told me it had a more serious and expensive camera and I wouldn't have known. After that visit I've had some photos restored, some pictures taken, and have bought 2 used cameras and Bob has always been professional, knowledgeable, and I've been happy every time. He's hard of hearing so you have to speak loudly, and his store is cluttered, but other than that I can't imagine why anyone would have a problem with him.

Called the customer service number from the number on the website and gave them the order number I received in my order e-mail from alzodigital.com. Was told that is not a valid order number. Great. They finally found my order using my zip code and was then informed that they don't have the product and that I've been issued a refund. I had to ask when this happened because I have not received either an e-mail or a refund. Finally after some fussing around, the person on the phone said they dropped the ball, apologized (which, credit where credit is due there), and then initiated a Paypal refund. Overall, bad communication is what killed this. If the website had proper communication of inventory, the sale wouldn't have happened in the first place. If I had been communicated with promptly of the lack of inventory, I would have understood. In the end, I waited 8 days for a product to ship and wound up having to hunt down my own refund.

Long story short: They bill your credit card and then ship 3-6 weeks later. Not against the law, but a FTC violation of Master Card and Visa. Products do not perform as indicated on website.
