This store has gone downhill a long ways since they upgraded to the new format. They are constantly out of stock on common items like Great Value coffee. Empty shelves in the pharmacy, Less product of every type. I always come away disappointed because I can't complete my shopping list here. And prices have gone up considerably. A second store is always a necessity. The format of the store is really pretty, but if the product is constantly out of stock, then Walmart is doing something wrong. Remember Sears? Walmart used to be a great place, but then they got a renovation....and it went to total shit! They added the grocery to the store, and the food is smack dab in the middle of the store, right at the enterance, and there are FRUIT FLIES EVERYWHERE! It just goes to show how crappy their food is. They also have a bakery, and fresh to go meals....but where they cook the food...who knows cause it is no where near the rest of the food! Oh, but you also better not get anymore than 20 items, cause otherwise you have to wait in line at the two cashiers that are open, while there are about 10 cashiers for those with 20 items or less...people used to walk out of Walmart with a full cart of items, now....if someone has more than half of it full they look insane! Speaking of carts...are you sure you want a cart....think about where you parked...if you are wanting to go through the rest of the mall you can't bring a cart...ok makes sense...but you also can't bring your cart through the entire parking lot. For those that know how the Northgate parking lot works, that park "across the street" is basically only people at Walmart who park there, but if you have a cart...it won't go there! Wait...how are they going to stop me? Well the carts have a wheel that lock up, and they also can't move afterwards, and have to be reset, so avoid trying to park anywhere near there unless you want to get hit by a cart. Best tip of advice: go somewhere else! Target, Giant Tiger, anywhere else in the mall...litterally...ANYWHERE ELSE! read more

First off I wouldn't even give them one star bit I have to write my review. I like Walmart for the fact of convince especially having 3 kids. I go there every week to do my groceries. I specifically go around 9pm so it's not packed. I HATE that they move everything all the time, I swear every week it takes me extra 15 minutes extra cause I'm looking for stuff. And why have 22 lanes and only use 4 in 20 items or less, and 3 in the other side??? I wait in line for 30 minutes or more. And why does the managers just stand there with their clipboard and pen,they just stare at you and pretend there doing something useful. One time the manager opened a cash and helped me next. Then the other time the manager left and got some McDonald's it was 9:30pm and they closed at 11:00. Like seriously do your job!!! Here's a tip for Walmart OPEN more registers. My other complaint would be the "staff". They seem to be horsing around with each other and hanging out and i can hear them making plans for the weekend...or what they did on the weekend.They get paid to work not play!!! read more

I totally love how their store is so clean and organized. I was raised in North Bay most of my life grown up. I am still a Canadian citizen but I am married to a Texan. There are many Walmart in TX...they are not as clean and organized as this one I have seen here in Canada. This one here surpasses any of the many Walmart I have seen in the USA in comparison to cleanliness and organized.
