Each time Tommy (the owner) assures me it's fixed. He was good at making me feel as if it had been taken care of. The first time I picked it up I drive off, I didn't even get to the hwy and it is not fixed. Turned around and brought it back. Second time, I drive off. I go to the gas station where I cannot exit my van. The door handle will not work. He fixed one problem and caused another. He come and picked it up. Third time, pick it up, open the door and a part falls off. He tells me how 100 people been in and out the door. Bla bla not his fault. When the part arrives (for the original issue), I have to bring it back. Tommy told me his shop " had a come to Jesus moment. And he is the only worker now." Asked me, "how bad do you need it?" We agree on a pick up date. Date comes, not ready. My family van sat there for a week and he didn't even touch it! Tommy was so unprofessional when I tried to question him about it. My husband had to take over the situation. Forth time I pick it up, issue is fixed. Now I have no ac. None. Blowing hot. Tommy tells me husband bitching and moaning won't fix it, bring it back up. We had to report him to the warranty company three times. We were informed he had already been paid for the work weeks prior. He never did fix what he broke. The warranty company had to refer us somewhere else. Located in St. Peters. Not close for us or convenient. Unfortunately, I will probably spend less on gas going there and back, than I did taking my van back and forth to Tommy. My family was inconvenienced with TNT Auto sales for almost a month. Without a vehicle for most of that time. Tommy responded with yelling and interrupting you when you tried to speak. Very unprofessional. He is very good at talking and over promising. Do NOT trust Tommy at TNT Auto sales!

Some other issues and the check engine light popped up over the past few weeks so I decided to finally get it all checked out. I just moved to the area so I had no idea who to take it to. I called certified on a Friday and the car was in the shop by Monday. After two days they already had the safety and IDOD inspections done, and a full report on every issue the car had (with pictures and descriptions), and a link sent directly to my phone for me to view everything. I decided to take care of the necessary items and most of the recommended items on this list and by the end of the week I had the car back. And let's just say the car is so still when starting now that I didn't even think the car was on the first time I turned the ignition. Practically brand new! Something else came up yesterday and it's going back in today to get looked at. So responsive and very quick, high quality work - and it's all under warranty for 36,000 miles which is unheard of in my area of North Carolina.

These folks know their stuff, are professional, know these cars and probably most other ones inside and out. They also sponsor their local community, and have always been straightforward with me. Spent a couple of hours there today after asking them to upgrade the G8 to GM paddle shifters. They look great, like the factory installed them and make the car more fun the drive. After my first oil change here I smelled oil for approximately a week. Went to check oil to find…read morethat they left my oil cap off and all my oil was practically gone from vehicle. If you know even anything about vehicles you know this can be very bad especially in the amount of driving I had been doing. They reviewed details and came to check my vehicle themselves and simply topped off the missing oil and offered a free oil change in future. Not once offering to have my car checked over by another shop just expecting me to take there word and hope my engine isn't done for. Which with how low oil was could have caused damage. Giving this business the benefit of the doubt I return for my free oil change.... To once again have an issue. They used an impact drill on my drain bolt and stripped it potentially causing damage to oil pan. Owner told me I was wrong and came at me aggressively in messages instead of reviewing the facts. Not to mention my tires were never rotated either which was apart of my oil change. I simply told them to let them know. I'm not looking for free stuff and frankly don't want them with in 6 feet of my car. The customer service from Shane was great he was very friendly I will say that. I'm sure others have had positive experience but I flat out have not what so ever.
