I stumbled on Napa Auto Parts store while picking up a part for someone. The customer friendly associate acknowledged my presence and in a few moments was answering questions and ready to help me locate any part not directly on hand. He spent time to ensure he understood what I needed to get it right. Throughout the years, I generally by-passed Napa due to higher than average prices, and other reasons. This location helped me to see things change and never give up due to a single issue in the past. There was no pressure to join a rewards program, and privacy seemed important to them. I will definately return to shop NAPA again.

The car was stalling at idle while in drive and reverse with the brake depressed and a strong smell of gasoline was apparent. I called the service department a week later on 05/19/23 as I had not heard from them in a week. I was told their electrical specialist was still working on my car and had recommended replacing all four O2 as they were not responding. Further diagnostics and parts replacement resulted in no change to my cars condition. After two weeks the mechanic told me he thinks it might be the wiring harness and said "you don't want to pay me to replace that". My car was returned to me with a $1,000.00 bill and running worse than when I had dropped it off, an ECM bolt laying in the battery box and a fresh dent in my passenger side door. Though I offered pictures of the undented door prior to dropping it off for service, the service manager said he "didn't care about any pictures" when addressed by his service person with me standing right behind him. I have purchased a $500.00 OEM engine wire harness and will attempt to install it myself as returning to their service department is not an option. I do not recommend anyone take their vehicle to Bennett Chrysler service department. My car, wallet and my state of mind are worse off for having done so.
