Because his crew could help customers in the shop, Damon helped me troubleshoot my car battery. He knew right where to begin. Got me in late afternoon on a Thursday to assess the front end, showed me the impacted parts, gave me 3 options from lower cost to get home or to "what I would do of it were mine" to ensure it's 100% right. I took the - let's get it done right as I had a 300+ mile ride home to accomplish. Corey and his team were outstanding, recommend a local hotel, dropped me off there on the Thursday. Friday afternoon went back and browsed the extensive inventory they have on hand while repairs were wrapped up by closing time. I got his attention and asked why he would do that either permissions it is very costly. Nothing is cheap these days anyway. He acted surprised and put the new filters back in their boxes and put my old filters back in. Nothing wise was said, but wow....wanting to make that extra money I guess! I will stay with Garrard Quick Lube from now on, because they're actually faster and they always ask before doing anything extra.

Now on a bad day good materials shouldn't cost you more than $30 and that's not with a corporate discount. So where are the other $90 emanated from? I have no idea.
