About 3 months ago I solicitated the work of Slinks Garage to do some paint correction and a 3…read morestage buff on my car to get rid of scratches and such. At this time I also had my damaged bumper replaced and painted by them, and had the entire car ceramic coated. After performing the work I was not entirely happy bc I had some very high expectations and I wasn't very knowledgeable about the process. I also should have asked more questions. They did an amazing job on the bumper and the paint correction and buff but some scratches just didn't come out bc they were too deep. I did complain and even though it wasn't their fault they refunded some money. Fast forward 3 months... I was looking for some recommendations from people on fb on fixing some peeling that had happened by the trim on my bumper. I wasn't blaming Slinks just looking for recommendations. Sam from Slinks saw my post on fb and reached out and told me they would gladly warranty the work and set up a time to bring my vehicle in. I met up with Mike and Sam at their shop and they assured me that whether it was fault of bad primer at factory or paint on their end they would redo it free of charge. I wanted to get my hood done as well bc it was covered in rock chips that couldn't be fixed without painting it. I requested them to also do the hood and black out my chrome trim on my front. Not only did they communicate great, they did awesome work... I mean they blew it out of the damn water. I'm more than happy with the work they did, so much that I have already spoken to them about doing more work. All in all these people do awesome work, and are very fair. I have no complaints and I would trust them to do work on any vehicle I own. I strongly recommend them based upon work ethic, work quality, communication, and integrity. It's so damn hard these days to find good shops and Slinks Garage is top notch!

This is hands down the best body shop I could've ever gone to. My car dealership had recommended…read morethe place after I was side swiped with a decent amount of damage to my passenger side. The receptionist Lynn was the MOST helpful and utterly amazing helping me navigate my insurance and figure out what was going to happen. I wish I could recall the gentleman's name who worked out back, but he was also amazing. I picked up my car this AM after repairs took about a week and I can't stop staring at my car. It's back to being brand new and I am thrilled. I hope I never have to see them again but if I ever need any bodywork done again would 10/10 times only go here ever again!!!

At a friend's recommendation I brought the car to Washburn's, and I couldn't have had a better experience. Erin (the owner) handled everything - submitting the estimate, dealing with the insurance adjuster, and even coordinated a rental vehicle for us (it was ready and waiting for me at the shop when I dropped off the car to be worked on.) I could not be happier with the quality of the repair, as well as the paint work that was performed. I looked over the repaired area very thoroughly trying to find something that was done incorrectly/poorly, and couldn't find anything. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a high quality repair to their vehicle.

We had a terrible experience just getting an estimate. Dropped the car off on Monday at 8:00 when…read morethey opened. They took our information and said they'd be in touch. I call mid-morning on Wednesday and leave a message asking for an update. Received a call back from Angie late in the afternoon indicating that they had just finished the estimate for two cars and ours "was next". Didn't hear anything Thursday or Friday. I called mid-morning on Monday - they've now had my car for 5 business days - and was told the estimate would be completed that day and I should hear from them later that day or Tuesday morning. At this point, I'm starting to wonder why it's taking so long and if this is a place I want to get my car repaired when they can't even tell me accurately when they'll do an ESTIMATE. I call Tuesday afternoon, spoke to Angie again and asked for an update. She explains that they should have the report done on Wednesday and that they only have one estimator that week. I tell her that she's told me that it would be done today when I called the prior day and at this point tell her to put the keys in the center console and we'll bring it somewhere else. Go get the car using our spare key--no key in the center console. Looked everywhere for it. You know where it was? Wrapped in tinfoil sitting on the front seat masquerading as garbage. Never had any auto shop "hide" a key this way. We almost threw it out. Were they sending some kind of message? I don't know. Did they have any intention of getting me an estimate that day? I don't know. But if its this much of a pain to get an estimate, I can only imagine the excuses when it comes to actually fixing the car.
