Then they tried to say they told us it would not, but could not provide any documentation. If they had suggested an issue we could have gone on the trip. We have an email from them stating to send the cancellation to insurance to pay and no other comments. Our loss $8600. Then they charged us a $100 as we cancelled the trip. Avoid them as they, in my opinion, lack honesty. Go to a real travel agent.

Tried to get that changed and the resort claimed it was full... unless you wanted to pay an additional $78 PER NIGHT for another room, even though when making the arrangements THROUGH THIS TRAVEL AGENCY I already paid for my room! The resort was HORRIBLE multiple guests including myself got food poisoning on different nights. And the return flight HA! The airline somehow had NO IDEA that there was a departing flight from Punta Cana that day. How does THAT happen??? I will NEVER EVER use this travel agency again for ANYTHING! They had the same morals as I "Let's fix this the right way". This was the reason I got along so well with John. His Father at the time scored the highest score on the HVAC test in the State of Florida! They installed several Air Conditioners for me and my family over the years. Unfortunately John and his wife Crystal had moved to NY and sold the business to Tom Koziol. My Father needed a new Air Conditioner in 07/19/2022 so he went with them as we always did thinking we would get the same quality job. That was not the case here. Tom did install a new unit outside and in the attic. Within a couple months it was leaking into the garage ceiling bad. Tom came out twice with no luck fixing it. My Dad asked him when we were going to get the final inspection and Tom was going to call for that. After that the Air Conditioner still leaked to the point we had to pay someone to fix the ceiling in the garage. I got so fed up I went in the attic and found that Tom reused the original drain pipe and it was plugged up. I replaced the pipe and for the last year it has not leaked yet. In the meantime my Father has passed away and my wife had spoke to Tom on 4/29/24 explaining the final permit has not been signed off. He again told her that he would look into it. We have not heard back and are very frustrated. Now I contacted the City of Cape Coral and they said I could hire another Air Conditioner company to get it finalized or we could fill out the paperwork and submit taking over a Contractors permit. ($90) This is a Night mare for us (we both have our own business to run) now take the time to schedule an appointment to go to City Hall in person, fill out the paperwork and schedule an inspection. After all this, how could we recommend this company?
