We visited Samantha a couple days later and we calmly talked with Samantha about it and Samantha got super defensive and said that we were unprofessional because we went to another stylist to fix my wife's hair. No more "drive-by" 30 minute haircut and styles for me. . . only to get home and find the sides uneven, stray hairs poking out, etc. Oh, no, the stylists at SM are perfectionists, making sure the cut is perfectly done, color is exact, and style is executed to your liking.
