The shop itself is a fair size and the staff are always really helpful, I sometimes shop online too if there's something I'm after and they don't have my size in, but the staff do their best to try and accomodate you in store, but their website is great too. It's in a reasonable location in the precinct just across the way from a little cafe area which is handy for a little rest. It does get quite busy but the staff never seem flustered or too nusy to help if they possibly can.

There are also a few items that are less than a pound like padded envelopes. One thing that I noticed that stood out about this pound shop is that they have a fairly wide range of cake decorating and other baking/cooking making items like cookie cutters, cake and sweet papers, frosting tubes, etc. They were more than one pound but they were a lot less than Lakeland, and they seemed to be the same products.

It was on Joe's list of things he wanted to see. This street stretched out for a mile with tons of interesting shops, there was even a thrift store where I purchased a pair of flip-flops for 2 quid! The men's fashion primarily falls into two categories of modern, urban wear - what with your hoodies and printed, pop-culture t shirts n that - and vintage clothing - old clothes. Within these there is plenty that can be found for all tastes as long as you are veering towards the casual side of things and like more independent, smaller names. The trainers aren't quite as varied as some other retailers but as the store has recently expanded there's no reason to suggest that Resurrection doesn't have its eyes set on dominating the Liverpool fashion scene completely.

This is all good, I get to visit, have a few cuddles and play in the play den, pretend to be a child again and it's great fun. Then I get to go home when they start to cry. It is a perfect situation. Of course I have to come with surprises once in a while and shower them with toys when it gets to their birthday. I have recently found Strawberry to be the perfect place to find really cute kids outfits. They have designer kids clothes mainly for children rather than babies, although there is the line Roberto Cavalli Baby, which are really cute. There is a sale on this line at the moment. It's not cheap because they are designer and I tend to look at their sale items to get good quality clothes but at that slightly cheaper price. They have an interesting scheme where you can pay off the clothes that you buy over a four week period, and I think this is to accommodate for the slightly higher prices.

There are always plenty of jeans in different sizes but some of the tops and shoes are really odd! Staff are really helpful and the décor is as you would expect from Levis grungy, earthy and cool. This could be the place to go for checked shirts at the moment! Prices are cheaper than high street Levi's (which is well beyond my reach!) but still not as cheap as some others on Cheshire Oaks.
