I booked an appointment for 16:30 for a full set which was accepted. When I turned up the man seemed confused as to why I was there.
When we sat down I showed a picture of nails I've had before to reference the length and shape. I stated I wanted quite short almond. He laughed when I showed the picture and said something to himself which I brushed off.
When he had cut the tips down I had once again asked for short almond as they were still quite long. He laughed again and cut them down the tiniest amount.
He started to add the acrylic and at this point I could tell they were going to be longer than I had asked multiple times, so I asked if they are going to be shortened. He then laughed again and said "yes like your picture" so naturally I thought they would be that size.
Once the acrylic was done I could tell they weren't going to be as short as I asked. He filed them and once again I asked for shorter as they are no where near the photo length. The reply I got was a laugh again.
The end result was as expected, longer than I had asked for.
I'm really unhappy with the service provided as soon as i walked through the door. As the paying customer, the length of the nails should be made to fit my request. The laughing also was very unprofessional.
