The surgery has just been refurbished, and now has a much larger waiting room (the fish tank has been upgraded also and is now most impressive!). Dr Nagi is very friendly and a superb dentist- my whole family have been patients of his for many years and have all received very good treatment. He will always give advice on ways to improve or maintain your dental health, and is a very friendly and approachable dentist. He does his best to put patients at ease, and makes the whole experience of visiting a dentist a lot less scary! I would definitely recommend this dental surgery.

This Dentist has recently been taken over by new owners. I have been a patient here nearly 40 years…read moreand have always received an exceptional service. However, my first appointment with the new owners I found myself removed from the NHS list without notice. I only found out I am now a Private Patient when I had to pay after my check up. I have since been told it was due to 2 missed appointments dating back 16 years ago & 14 years ago! Bearing in mind the new owners have only been here 18 months! I have denied missing these appointments yet they will not review this and I now find myself removed entirely from the Practice as I have spoken out and made a formal complaint. I will also point out, during my check up they failed to let me know additional costs I would incur for X-rays. I think lots of improvements have to be made with communicating with patients. A patient is well within there right to let the Practice know if they have been treated unfairly or to discuss any concerns. Not once was I able to speak to Hardip Aujla (Practice Principal) directly - no calls were accepted or call backs made. I understand Private Patients are more profitable for a Practice but you have to remain professional to continue providing NHS patients the treatment they require.

Both dentists are very understanding and make you feel comfortable (I am a nervous patient!) The practice is in Bath Street in a very old building probably listed, the only drawback is all the consulting rooms are upstairs, it is a very rickety winding staircase not easy for elderly people and of couse there is no lift. There is no parking here the nearest car park is the multi storey in the Charter. Prices are comparable to other dentists.
