He was very friendly and professional. Discussed different ideas or options with me to make sure I would be getting exactly what I wanted and had thought of everything that goes along with what I was requesting. He said he would get back to me the next day with the estimate and he did, via phone call. I went with them and they installed 8 days later. 2 guys came for the installation. They called to advise they were running a couple minutes behind due to a wrong/missed turn but it was only a few minutes. They were in and out in no time, no mess left. The glass is perfect, no issues. Payment was 1/2 upfront and then 1/2 once installed.

We had a fiberglass shower insert removed and replaced that with tile and then my contractor had Wolf Glass install a nice glass door. Their service was spot on and done with zero issue. The glass door has done well and is a great improvement over the builder grade shower that came with the house. Wolf Glass also offers automotive windshields, on one visit I stopped in to see if a small crack in my windshield could be repaired since I wanted to stay local. The damage was the size of a quarter and I was told much to my surprise that its impossible to repair a windshield and that a total windshield replacement was the only option. I passed on that advice. Since then I had a repair done by another vendor. Shower improvements were done well. Windshield advice, well I went somewhere else.

My first experience with The Door Store was with replacement doors to my basement and deck. Both…read moredoors came exactly as I wanted and were installed well. I'm having other renos to my home and several other service people noticed these replacement and comments how well these doors were installed. They next replaced custom interior door - also went great. I next had them and other vendors quote some window replacement. They were not the cheapest, but the quality of the door installs were so good, plus they were willing to work with aspects of my security system as well as change the window style from double-hung to casement, so I went with them. It was to be a 2 day installation, but in the middle of day 1, we realized some of the windows weren't manufactured as expected. I immediately contacted Steven, my sales rep. After we spoke for a few minutes, he acknowledged the issue and assured me they would work with me to come to a satisfactory solution. Long and short of it is that they did work with me and we crafted a solution that I'm very pleased with. Plus, I was so impressed with their professionalism that I've now ordered my remaining windows replaced with them. I've read a lot of reviews for many vendors where complaints were made, and often the reviews are negative. I'll say this - renovate enough and you will occasionally run into issues. It happens, even with good companies. But the difference between vendors is in how they handle those issues. The Door Store gets an A+ from me. High quality, excellent service, and highly professional - not just the management but ever single service person in my home. Worth every penny.

But several weeks ago, I returned to my parked car downtown to find a note on the windshield: a large piece of glass had fallen from a couple of stories above and damaged my vehicle. They immediately took responsibility, communicated clearly, and handled the entire process of repairing the damage, at considerable expense to themselves. Not only did they make it right, but the end result is that my car looks better now than it did before the incident. What impressed me most wasn't the repair itself, it was their integrity. In today's world, it's sadly rare to see a company step up this decisively and do the right thing simply because it's the right thing. I've had similar situations happen in the past with other companies, and the experience left much to be desired. Stanley Schultze & Co. showed a level of honesty, ownership, and customer care that is genuinely admirable. If this is how they treat someone who isn't even their customer, I can only imagine the level of service they deliver to those who are. Highly recommended.
