I went here to watch Blade Runner, and didn't realize they played it in German. A ticket clerk swapped my ticket for the following day to watch it in English. The next day I specifically asked another ticket clerk if the movie was playing in English, and she said yes. I sat through the previews and when I heard the first word spoken in German, I immediately went back downstairs to ask why I was given a ticket to the German-Speaking version. She said oh, sorry ... I gave you the wrong ticket, so go to the other room. I went up there to find the movie had been playing for 30 minutes already, so I immediately went back downstairs to find nobody at the counter. I yelled hello and waited 10 minutes before someone in a room next door finally acknowledged me, and said the ticket booth was closed and to go to the concession stand for a refund. I went there and the manager talked indirectly to me through one of his workers, saying I'll have to come tomorrow afternoon because all registers were closed. Movies don't end for another hour and a half, mind you.
