She used the color match tool, and instead of just doing 3 small swipes and selling me one, she did large samples, narrowed it to 2, and did half my face in each. We didn't like either, so she started all over. When we decided on one, she applied it to my whole face, and made sure I liked it before buying it. She gave me application tips, and samples of products, which the Fenton store did not.
