Horrible customer service. Tried to get COVID antiviral filled there and upon running my wife's script through system it told technician that her member ID did not match and she could not fill the medication. I asked if she could call the insurance since I know the insurance was valid. She said "We don't do that.". Horrible answer to give a billing manager from a medical company. She stuck to her guns and would not do the work though. Upon calling myself I found it was a bogus denial and the medication is only covered through medical benefit. One simply call would have resolved the issue not to mention this medication is covered through government assistance for the pandemic as well. Won't be back anytime soon. read more

I came in to purchase alcohol, I had forgotten My ID so 55yr old mom with bad legs proceeded to go purchase her alcohol and was denied because she was "Part of sale" okay, totally understandable. I go back home and get my ID to purchase these items and I was thrown through the ringer. had to habe my mother get back out the car to show her ID as well. my mom was has been in there to purchase alcohol with my 17 yr Old brother and the manager proceeds to tell her they could "probably tell he was 17" but in the same breath says even if you had your "80 year old grandmother in here everyone would have to show ID. I was furious because at this point I've been here and seen them not card women that looked over 40 . They said they couldn't tell if we were related or not but how not if my mom brought in her ID with my same last name and was still denied. So i was basically told bc I was black and she was white how were they suppose to know? werent you checking her ID? They are saying it's corporate policy but if that's corpus policy that needs to be enforced why have I seen time and time again people not even have to show their IDs when they look clearly over the age of 21 mind you I'm almost 30. I will no longer give my business to Walgreens I felt extremely discriminated against and through the ringer because of my skin tone read more

Pharmacy Service is really slow. Be prepared to wait at the counter for a good 5-10 Minutes before anyone will get to you.

Really busy location with the college being within walking distance. Staff is always overwhelmed, but still friendly. It isn't the best, but isn't the worst. Will do while I am in town. read more

Like any other pharmacy, the lines can be long but I've learned through experience that the reason is that the pharmacists and techs do whatever it takes to ensure a good experience. The pharmacist spoke with me for over ten minutes about my medications, their side effects and possible interactions with each other and other factors. He was very patient with my young girls while they asked him questions, as young children are apt to do. The techs are always friendly and helpful and never fail to make me smile. They are patient with me when my hands are trembling too badly to get my cards or cash and they have never made me feel uncomfortable. I love my Walgreen's! read more
