We have been dealing with this particular CVS for over five years for our prescriptions. Until…read morerecently the pharmacy has always answered the question quickly and been responsive and helpful. We recently switched medical insurance and I called today to see if a prescription they have been filling in that five years would be authorized by the new insurance company yet. I waited one hour and five minutes on hold. Once they answered I spoke with an associate I assume with no customer service skills, and didn't get my question answered. She turned me over to the pharmacist, again, I assume, which again had no customer service skills, was short, and didn't answer my questions. So I wanted an hour and five minutes to be dismissed in two minutes. I know Covid has changed the world, but come on CVS, train your employees with customer service skills. I been in sales for over 40 years and if I handled a customer like you did today...I'd lose a customer!

Now keep in mind i was just following THEIR store procedures as instructed , i was simply calling ahead to reserve a pack of these hard to get basketball cards. Anyhow the guy clearly "acted" like he took my name down but probably did not. I rode my bike ALL the way down there in a rush and when i got to the store and asked for the cards, the guy was highly upset for some weird reason. He proceeded to tell Me that "the cards were still on the truck and have not even been put on the racks yet". With an attitude. Well jesus bud, i just called and reserved a pack, you said you had them on the phone when i called, i rode all the way down there in a rush because you said on the phone my name was taken down for a reserved pack. Im here NOW can i get them or not????? So damn confusing and a waste of time. If You have them, then sell them. Its a store for gods sakes, im a customer, i came here specifically to get that one item. Not anything else, that one item i called in ahead and everything. And IF trully they are indeed still on the truck and havent been put on shelves yet, how about telling me when's a good time to come back perhaps instead of looking at me like i did something wrong. No Help, jerks behind the counter. Highly upset. And i have no cards for all my efforts of following their rules. *Would NOT Recommend shopping there. *FollowUp: i went back and asked nicely for the sports cards that they suposedly had reserved back for me but when i got there they (for the second time) they gave me dirty looks and poor excuses. Said they were all sold out except for 3 packs reserved for people who called (i am which IS one of those people!!) i told him that and they said "yeah you and about 200 other people have been calling about them) in which i told them i was one of the first people who called and one of the first people threw the door this morning when they initially opened! But they did not care at all. So i left without conflict and went home and told my brother they had 3 packs left, he goes right up there and they sell HIM 2 of those packs without saying anything to him. They actually told my brother "yeah im gonna sell them to You because you was nice to me" like i wasnt ! Complete BS. Its a pick and choose system they are using, sell to whoever you seem fit, NOT whoever calls and comes threw the door FIRST asking for them. SOMEONE NEEDS FIRED for being biased.

We will never visit this location again! congratulations on losing business!

I have been using this pharmacy for close two years and it has been an issue every single month and…read moreevery single prescription I have. The pharmacist and his technicians are rude and can't read simple directions. My doctor has encouraged me to change pharmacies because they will find a reason to delay filling my scripts every time. I have insulin every month on auto refill yet they are out of it every month and I have to wait and ration my insulin. They argue with my doctors over every script and are about as unprofessional of a pharmacy as I've ever seen. I have been a CVS customer for years and never had issues but this pharmacy should be shut down or at least all new staff that treat patients with respect. They have treated my elderly mother the same way as well. I will be transferring all of our family's prescriptions to Kroger pharmacy. This is just too stressful to go through and to be talked down to each and every month.
