I like this store because It's within 5 minutes of where I live in Lynn Haven . I go here for greeting cards and quite often for their Coke and Pepsi soda specials. Most often, they I will have buy 3 for 9,99 as long as you use their Rewards card. They are the only store open late . They were open 24/7 but are now open until midnight. Their drive thru is very convenient for the pharmacy . They are the only store around here open late Their pharmacy is open until 10 pm and til 6pm on Sundays. I can't believe this pharmacy stays in business. Yesterday I showed up with a written prescription from the local vet for 7 tablets of tramadol for my dog. He is in pain with a pinched nerve. There was nobody in line. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. The man behind the counter was clearly irritated that I was there. When he found out he had to set up a new account and that it was for my dog he said that was "problematic". When he was done setting it up in the computer he told me to come back in 2-2 1/2 hours. My place is an hour away so I wasted time in the area only for them not to have it done. This morning at 10:30 AM I called to see if it was done yet and could I come and pick it up. It was not done. The woman on the phone said it would be ready soon. I asked about what time is soon and she said after lunch like 1pm. At 1pm I called to see if it was done, the woman on the line said it is not, we need to know your insurance information. I told her it is a dog and as I told the first person I talked to who set up the account I will be paying cash. She said okay we will get it into processing. I asked when will it be ready and she could not tell me. I asked for her name and to talk to a manager and she hung up on me. I called back 1 hour later and asked for a store manager and was given a woman named Amanda who said she was a store lead. She said she could not help me and that I needed to call back in about another hour and ask for Tony Strasburger. This is a terrible pharmacy. I had to go back and get the prescription again from the local vet and I have moved the prescription to Buy Rite. They are filling it right now. I will never use Walgreens again. I have moved all of my prescriptions away from them also. There is usually a huge line inside and at the drive through. The employees are usually stressed and unfriendly. Mistakes are made constantly and even when I work with several different employees to fix them they still are not fixed. This pharmacy is absolutely wild... I have attempted the drive through several times, and they allow customers to sit there for 30+ minutes while they wait for their prescriptions to be filled, holding up the entire line. Aside from that... they cannot seem to enter or find insurance correctly to save their lives. I'm showing them my insurance cards, reading them off verbatim, and being told that the numbers "aren't real." What does that even mean? How can my insurance not exist when I used it last week? Absolutely bananas. Unfortunately for me, Walgreens is my (apparently non-existent) insurance's preferred pharmacy. read more

The pharmacy is unprofessional, unfriendly, and has horrible communication. I can deal with a location being slow, which it always is, but I cannot deal with a pharmacy that makes you feel like you're bothering them just by stopping by to see if a prescription is filled. Walgreens will text you something has been completed, even though they may not fill it and say "it's out of stock," despite staff informing you it will be filled. Honestly, I hate complaining, but this location is the absolute worst to deal with and I hope others will not give them their business. Walgreens, get your people in check. read more

SLOW! Did I mention they are slow? Oh, by the way, this place is very slow. They usually have one person on the pharmacy register. There's usually an average of 5-7 people in line. I dropped off two prescriptions and the guy asked me if I'd like to wait. I said, "sure"! He replies, okay, 45 minutes! LOL! Not today pal. I'll just come back. Okay, give us two hours...... Wait, before it was 45 mins, now a couple of hours? Laughable!!! I'll return and get my medicine. Then I'll just transfer everything to CVS. read more

The pharmacy here is a nightmare. The wait is always painfully long and they're always understaffed. Honestly, I avoid the pharmacy here at all costs. The rest of the store is fine. It's tidy and usually almost empty of customers. They have good deals on stuff like you'd expect. This business has lost several customers and will lose more if they don't change/ 1. They Lie! Tricare patients have several choices besides them and all are better. 2, When you call the local number you are not getting your local walgreens, you are calling a clearinghouse and you will speak with either a "Bob" or "John" who barely speaks English. If you want your local store you must press 4 but you will be put on an endless hold and there is no way around it. 3. They Lie about your doctors. I work for a multi physician office and we have sent multiple orders to this pharmacy, they tell patients that they never got for them When the truth is they are too lazy to check the que from the clearinghouse BUT here is where they get caught. we have a tracking system and we can see exactly where your prescription is and it is in the clearing house que, But considering I will be doing all I can to persuade my patients to use any other pharmacy and the nurse who tried to get her prescription tonight will be telling all of her Doctors to use any other pharmacy (yep, you don't know who you are lying to) thwy might not be to busy read more

Pharmacy: I don't know the other names of prescription drugs so when I ask if you have a product I don't want to hear you SIGH about it OR phrase yourself so sarcastically "Yeah, pretty much every store has that. " I'm not sure what is so devastating about being a pharmacy tech and being asked if you have a product but it can't be as devastating as having three kids in a car, sitting through a notoriously slow line only to be informed you don't have something. read more

I will never use Walgreens again. This is the second time they overcharged me for a prescription! I didn't realize my doctors office still had them in their system. Unfortunately, my prescription defaulted directly to them. I figured my last horrible experience may have been a fluke. And maybe I should give them another chance. Nope! Not a fluke. Walgreens charged me $114.89 for a drug I could've gotten across the street at CVS for $71.11. The thing I love about CVS is they give me the lowest price no matter what. I don't have to ask them to use GoodRX. I don't have to ask them for the lowest price. CVS actually cares about their customers and they give you the best, lowest price every time. At Walgreens it's all about the money! They don't care about you as a customer or a patient. With the high price of gas & groceries right now, for me to spend an additional $60 at Walgreens is a big hit for me. I filled two prescriptions there. I asked the lady at Walgreens who was checking me out if using GoodRX would be cheaper. She said it wouldn't be. I trusted her. When I finally got home and was able to check it out, I learned that GoodRX was $43 cheaper for my one RX, and $17 cheaper for my other RX. So that part is on me. I should've gotten the names of the drugs, and checked GoodRX before checking out. But it was a long day, and I was tired. Furthermore, since I asked the lady if GoodRX would be cheaper, I expected her to give me an honest answer. I expected Walgreens would give me the same type of consideration CVS gives their customers. Nope! Not happening!! Don't ever expect any consideration at Walgreens!! They don't care about their customers. They don't care if you have to pay more. And they will not refund the difference. I will never walk into a Walgreens again. read more
