Had my rx filled on 6/3 and was given in 3 parts. 2 boxes plus a pill bottle with remaining. Didnt bother counting since boxes we unopened. When I opened 1 box there was only a quanity of 10 out of 30. Went back to pharmacy and they refused to correct or count their inventory. I absolutely refuse to go back. The associates have the worse attitudes. Canceled all my current scripts and will use Walmart pharmacy from now on. read more

Phones aren't answered, medications aren't in stock, auto-fill services fail to work - notices say med is ready when it is not, rx won't be filled if insurance doesn't approve even if prescribed by a doctor, medication prices vary widely based on coupon use and knowledge of staff entering the information, long lines and wait times both through drive and inside. Staff does not care if you are without necessary meds. Revolving door of employees and pharmacy uses store employees that have no training or business being in the pharmacy. Called a just before 7pm, pharmacy closed at 8 to get a prescription status after doc sent confirmation it was called in days ago. The message that repeats every 20 seconds said there were 3 callers in front of me....was on hold for an hour 20 min, they of course never answered, closed went home and just left patients hanging in a never ending loop of please hold on...not the first time they've ignored customers or have them perpetually wait even when appointments for a specific time were scheduled you'll be sitting there for at least 30 min. read more

This pharmacy had me on hold for 30 minutes and I called as soon as they opened and it said there staff was busy. They then told me my sons prescription needed a prior authorization that has never needed one before so I needed to call the insurance. I got ahold of insurance and they said it did not need one and that the pharmacy had put in a refill for the wrong prescription that is why it was saying it needed prior authorization. The insurance conferenced me in to talk to the pharmacy, we were on hold for over and hour and a half and never got ahold of anyone. This is ridiculous. No customer should have to be on hold for that long just trying to ask a question for a prescription. read more

I went to Walgreens yesterday to get a prescription, the technician told me an hour. I signed up for the text messages to let me know my prescription was ready. Nothing. I text my status, I get pharmacy is reviewing every time. I call and hold for a long time, someone finally picks up and they hang up on me. I call the main store and ask for the manager, I once again get put on hold and they eventually disconnect (hangup) why is it so hard to talk to someone, why is so hard to get a prescription. I will never step foot in that store again! HORRIBLE! Whoever manages that store and the pharmacy needs to go back and learn CUSTOMER SERVICE!! read more

This pharmacy chain is the most inept, malfunctioning and poorly run pharmacy I have ever encountered! They don't check your med profile, they don't contact you when your meds are returned to shelf, they lie about receiving you prescriptions from your doctor, they don't refill meds in a timely manner and the pharmacists are NOT approachable! I hate Walgreens & I hate Tricare forces us to use them. I came on a Friday after 2 hours, and my prescription wasn't ready, and I never got a text to pick it up. So Saturday morning, I came back, and they hadn't even started the damn prescription!!! Then you have the pharm tech complaining about all the military personnel switching, like, ma'am; we don't won't be here either. But how about less bitching and worry more about getting these prescriptions filled! Then I'm informed they're on "back order" for Zyrtec and now instead of getting it free because my insurance covered it I have to pay out of pocket because they didn't fill it when they were supposed to. I wish I could have stayed with RX Express because Walgreens is TRASH! Picking up a prescription from Walgreens used to be pleasant and fast. Now, not so much. In fact, it's awful. Called in a prescription on Thursday at 1.00 pm. Not ready at 11 the next morning as the automated system said it would be. Called Saturday, not ready. Called Sunday, not ready. Called Monday, not ready. Same Tuesday , Wednesday and Thursday. I was on vacation an forgot my medication so I had to have the prescription transferred from another state so I went there at 3 o'clock. Which I thought would be plenty of time. They waited to call my pharmacy till after closing to have it transferred. So I came back the next day, they had no idea what happened to the paper work I filled out from the previous day an I had to do it all over again an it still took thirty minutes. I would not recommend this to anyone that depends on life saving medication for sure. read more

This Walgreens is the most inefficient business in Florida. The are so grossly understaffed in the pharmacy department (which probably carries the revenue for the whole store). I have to come here twice a month for my mother's pills. It literally is an all day event. They always claim first there is an insurance problem (which there never is) but you have to call to get them to push it back they, they don't do it on their own. The call is terrible. You hold for ever then they pick up and hang up. So you go in. Then they say come back in an hour. Then you comeback several hours because you've learned 1 hour is not enough. And they tell you they only have one if the 3 ready. So you tell them you need them all. You sit in drive thru line for 30-45 minutes. Then they tell you this. Meanwhile you hear phone ringing the entire time. 6 people working. I can not image how hard it is for an elderly person. What a joke. I'd fire everyone of them and start over. read more

I called Walgreens at spoke with someone in the Pharmacy to see if the NAC 600 mg capsules in stock, because my wife has COVID and this is what her doctor recommended. I show up at the pharmacy and they tell me no one has received any calls regarding NAC 600 mg capsules. I ask to speak with the Store Mgr. and I get the same bullshit response stating no one called requesting NAC 600 mg capsules. I was so furious after being lied to. I will NEVER, EVER shop at this store again. My rating for this Walgreens is a -10. read more

In my 57 yrs, I have NEVER ran into such a disgruntled employee who in my opinion gives a otherwise great store a BLACK EYE. A "Sour Puss" who, when asked for some simple help, she made me feel like I was bothering her. I caught the name, I don't remember if it was on a tag or another employee had spoken it. The employee was "Becky". I'd rather have a tooth pulled without sedation, then to have to deal with that woman again. She should be put on the loading dock without any customer interaction. I will say that the cashier, Christine according to her name tag was quite bubbly, friendly and eager ensure a positive shopping experience. Only visiting from the North East but "Becky" needs some serious customer relation/anger management classes. read more
