Today, I noticed that we were dangerously close to empty. I checked the app and it said that my order of August 28, 2025 was CANCELLED. I know I didn't cancel it, so I called the 800 customer service number. The almost clueless representative told me that the record shows that Vitamin Shoppe cancelled the order because they would no longer permit auto-delivery to Puerto Rico! No notice, no redress, no decency in allowing me to find an alternative before I ran out. The rep offered no advice or explanation but she did apologize profusely. I'm shocked and disheartened.
