The entire place is dirty, has a disgusting smell all the time. The prices keep going up while the inventory can't seem to keep up.

This pharmacy was always a dumpster fire, but since all the Rite Aid's closed they are abysmal. If I could give them zero stars I would. Tonight they kept us on hold more than an hour for an underfill mistake they made with our daughters prescription last weekend. ​​​They are perpetually understaffed and incompetent when you do reach a pharmacist. Walgreens Grand Blanc is NOT a good place to get photos. Asked clerk for cord to connect phone to their photo kiosk. Clerk was nice but, acted like it was an inconvenience!? My Android phone usually automatically connects to photo kiosk but NOT today??? I asked clerk for help and he said to read the kiosk letter??? The multi paragraph letter said to find and open the MTB on my phone??? Do NOT know what that is or how to find it or open it??? The Walgreens clerk said he could not help me print my photos from my phone???? So I LEFT WALGREENS TO SPEND MY MONEY SOME WHERE ELSE THAT CAN HELP ME PRINT MY FAMILY PHOTOS!!! Walgreen's pharmacy on E. Pierson Rd, Flint has a very rude manager. I requested a prescription on line and was issued the wrong prescription at car-pickup. I didn't see it until I got home. I called and got it cleared up. Went back the next day and picked up the correct one. The pharmacy wouldn't take the incorrect drug back (which I understand), but I noticed the next day that I was still charged for it, as was my insurance. I called back and was told I had to speak to the manager three days later. I called three days later, explained the situation and the manager (Brandon) pretty much called me a liar and said I had ordered the drug. "I have a paper trail." The drug was no longer on my active refill and I had gotten a prescription of the same drug (in correct dosage) 3 days before. Why would I order it again? He was argumentative from step one. I'm not sure I've ever spoken to a store-clerk that was that rude. I now have to go elsewhere, though the other people in the pharmacy have always been helpful. read more

The store to run to for any quick little trips that don't need to be done at Walmart or Kroger. They run a lot of makeup clearances on ELF and Maybelline and Rimmel, so when something is cheap, I buy it. The checkout is very fast, but the photo department needs work. They are slow. They can't print anything without requiring help. I could do their job for them. I should apply for a position here because I know more about their photo print center than the person working there ever did. Prescription wait times are shorter than most stores. read more

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. After waiting 15 minutes for my prescription they told me that they don't have it in stock. They could have told me this ahead of time .The woman working at the pharmacy was very rude she didn't even apologize for the wait. I will never ever shop here again. read more
