Down right rude employee's, no type of warning when valuable medication is out of stock and no solution as to what to do. You'd think a pharmacy would order when they're low on certain medication. I will be transferring my rx and going to a different pharmacy asap read more

Eh, this isn't the best Walgreens in town. It's downtown and very hard to access if you're on the wrong side of the road. Fayetteville has the worst medians that block you from every angle. They work as slow as sloths in this particular store, and every time I've gone out of my way to try to find something they don't have it or have no idea what I'm talking about. read more

Only put one star because I had to. This is the absolute worst Walgreens in Fayetteville, especially for coupons. They make up their own couponing rules. I have been to several Walgreens' in Fayetteville and this is the only one that everyone has a hard time with. Not just me. I walked out one day because it was a cashier arguing with a customer about her not being able to use her coupons. I left because while I was shopping I witnessed her do this to 3 other customers. So I just left so I wouldn't have to deal with her. But now I guess she has all the other employees at this particular Walgreens (Grove Street Fayetteville NC) following suit. It's just crazy how every other Walgreens we have absolutely no problem with, but this one is ridiculous. DO NOT GO THERE. And to Walgreens Corporate they are making you lose major bucks. read more

I had to have my prescriptions submitted to another location in town. This morning I find out the prescriptions are on hold. I call to inquire about this. Evidently the pharmacy here on Ramsey St did the billing to insurance but didn't fulfill the order for pick and is closed today as well. Until this location opens and reverses the billing to insurance no one can fulfill my prescriptions at the other locations. Seriously...people need meds and can let get them here because they close early and not reopen the next day? These pharmacists should be fired and I should sue. I'm diagnosed with Covid and need the Paxlovid...can't get it because this pharmacist billed to insurance and then closed. I imagine there are other people needing life saving meds who can't get them either. CVS district people should clean house....fire these people .
