ALL OF THE FOLLOWING IS MY OPINION OF WHAT HAPPENED TO ME…read more First I had a prostate microwaving by Dr. Manish Shah that did NOT help my BPH symptoms (Prostate enlargement)--He insisted that I needed a Transurethral Resection of the Prostate or TURP for "definitive therapy" and so I consented to one. It caused anorgasmia or orgasmic sensation loss and he operated on me when I was NOT numb. I felt the insertion of the instruments and the cutting before being knocked out! Of Orgasm, he had said "IT will feel the same."(Absolutely NOT! ) After the operation didn't fix my problem but in fact made it WORSE, 3 weeks and 2 days later I had a second TURP operation. That only put me back to where I had been and then 3 months later I had TURP #3. It made no difference in fixing my urinary trouble. At the second operation I had another faileed spinal and despiteme saying I did NOT want anything down my throat, he directed the anestheologist to "Convert to a general-- we've wasted enough time." Note in the photo posted that he is NOT wearing a mask in the O.R.-- he NEVER did for any of my 3 operations..... I complained of testicular pain that he explained away as infection. It was an inguinal hernia that required almost immediate surgery to fix (by another physician)--IMMEDIATELY after His 3rd operation on me I developed Peyronie's DIsease that is horrible and for which treatment is on-going... He never offered to help me find anyone who could "fix" me nor did he apologize for the mess that followed his 3 failed operations....He did not tell me that a side effect of the drug AVODART (or Uraxatrol or Flowmax) that he prescribed could be breast enlargement or gynocomastia. After it happened to me, he seemed to dismiss it, by saying that the problem only happned to 1/2 of 1% of patients....well that would be 100% of ME. How sensitive or carring was he about the embarassing problem? He actually joked about it in the presence of his female nurse (who was later my student) by making reference to my "man boobs." How is that for professional demeanor? He also demeaned 2 physicians to me, one a urologist in another city, and the other a local cosmetic surgeon. My OPINION is that I would have been better off having had NO treatment at all or to have seen a veternarian. When I detailed sexual problems to him 13 times, he NEVER offered any direction for help. I had to find the specialy clinic in BIrmingham on my own. In 2009 I saw a world famous specialist in California, Dr. Irwin Goldstein, who confirmed the damage I had from the TURPS..... Currently hase a major mold problem. Kabco promise to address the problem have a company come out and due mold Remediation to date nothing has been done about the mold. They will not answer my calls or my emails. I've had electrical problems to the point it was shorting out the home. Hot water heater didn't work back door didn't open properly the carpet was dry rot sinks were repaired five times for leaks. Canister lights were replaced 3 times before they stopped shorting out. Still one is not working properly. Service manager is a liar very nast person. Mr lander serivice Manager told me my mold test company was fake that they tell you have mold so they can get to clean up job. They are two different companies due to conflict of interest but he's very uneducated in mold issue. Service manager told me I am supposed to tar my roof Every year, yet the shingles they had installed were not lined up properly as well. You do not tar roof with shingles. Also soft spots in the roof we're normal according to him. Owner of the company's son promised to replace the home If I let them come rip it apart and do the repairs, if it failed second mold test , which they were supposed to pay for and reimburse me for the first one , he would replace the home. He has not done either and will not take my calls. They did not address the mold problem. They replaced the roof put me through hell slamming bundles of Fake roof shingles onto the roof who knows what kind of damage they did doing that. They replaced some of the duckwork in the process the water came pouring out of the duck work. They pinched off the flow to my master bedroom, I have very little air flow in there. I tried to be patient until pushed too far now I have been very ugly with them , because i'm tired of being taken advantage and walked on. They are not honoring their word. Horrible, company would never recommend them not even to my worst enemy. People in jail are living in a better place than I am. I am living in a house infested with mold everything I own has been ruined. It's been 2 years now that I'm living in a mold infested home and I'm allergic to it. My health is declining. I cannot sell it without forking out 3 grand myself to remediate the mold which was caused from their defect. I want everybody in the world to know to not buy kabco manufactured home unless they want to go through the nightmare I have. Consumer affairs fire Marshal. Better Business Bureau will not help me. It will cost me $10,000 for an attorney which I do not have or should not have to fork out that kind of money since I brought a brand new home, I did not want to deal with repairs. This is why I bought brand new. I have been through 25 repairs or more nothing but a nightmare very poor quality manufactured home.. Horrible owners and service managers to deal with. They too Are ignoring me They were cited by the state for not properly installing vapor barrier, missing a pillar, improperly installed skirting. hole in the ac unit which is creating a swamp under my mobile home. They told the state the repairs were done and they were not now the state Is not following up on the second inspection.

He bent over backward to make me happy with my home. I loved my Kabco purchase from the moment I set foot in it but having the absolute cooperation from warranty made this purchase worth double what I paid. The service teams were great. Always polite and professional. Always cleaned up after themselves. Never backed away from any job even when they had to move heavy furniture, take cupboards off walls or move loads of things out of a room to fix flooring. Always making sure you are happy with the finished product! Kabco homes are very well built and the layout is great. I have a few suggestions on things that could be changed like no stucco, non textured flooring, more drawers in the kitchen and bathroom and ceiling fans in bedrooms. Just some suggestions from a buyers point of view. Thank you Kabco Builders for the beautiful home, excellent follow up services and the great encounters I had with your employees. He then UNBELIEVABLY did TURP 3 just 3 months later and it did NOTHING. I began to develop PEYRONIES Disease just a week after it and it has been horrible. I was NEVER warned that was a possibility by him before. Nor was I warned that the drug AVODART can cause breast enlargement or gynocomastia. When it happened to me, only then did he say it was just on 1/2 of 1% of patients. How carring was he when it happened?
