If it were possible to rate less than zero I would not have graced him with the single star which is the lowest available. He made no effort to defend my innocence, instead convincing me without review to agree to a plea bargain. I trusted him. He failed me miserably and I very much regret the day that I called his office in search of help for the abusive injustice that was doled out to me. read more

Would " Not recommend" using Michael D Waldrup, he will not get the job done and will take your money then want more money. Your better off getting a real attorney who actually works in your favor and fights for you. read more

Professional. Courteous. Affordable. Efficient. Effective! I am very pleased to review Mr. Waldrup and his Law Office. I hired him almost immediately based on his good reviews, first hand knowledge of cases like mine, and his straight forward approach on the phone (no BS). I am please to say I got even better results than I had expected from Mr. Waldrup in reference to my case's outcome. I highly recommend his Law Office and I will personally seek him out again in the future if I am ever in need. Thank you Michael! - Shawn V. read more

Working with Mr. Waldrup was an excellent experience. He was timely in his communications, he was able to articulate exactly what he needed from me, and was very clear in how the proceedings would play out. I would highly recommend him for any of your needs if you are in his area. read more

I had a terrible experience with him. I literally went in and talked to him for 17 minutes, gave him a $500 deposit to represent me in court regarding custody of my daughter. He called me via phone one time for 8 minutes, and told me that he needed his full retainer paid before court appearance. I couldn't come up with the $3000 cash in 2 days, so he never showed up to court with me. I asked him to refund my $500 for the 25 minutes of time he spent talking to me, and he wouldn't. (I went to another lawyer in CDA who gave me more info and free advice, and was very pleasent) Don't get scammed like me. read more

Was very pleased with the professional services of Mr. Waldrup. Was there when my grandson needed help and was ALWAYS there when we phoned with questions. We were from out of state and it was a first time thing for my grandson and frightening. Thanks Mr. Waldrup. read more

As an out of state defendant, I relied on Michael and Scarlett to guide me through the process. At a reasonable cost, Michael was able to get my case dismissed. Michael and Scarlett kept me informed along the process, which was a great comfort to someone not familiar with the legal system. I am grateful. read more

Was very Happy with the way my case turned out! Waldrup law was the best choice. He was very reasonable with the rate compared to others I researched. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about the court system and plea deals. I would definitely recommend him! I am not a guy who leaves reviews but in this case I feel I should so others may benefit ! read more

Hired attorney Waldrup rather than going with a public defender hoping the outcome will be better, however, I have buyers remorse. To begin, I am innocent of the charges and was hoping for a better outcome but the system is completely against me. I paid this attorney quite a bit of money and spent little time talking with him. I expected a refund of some portion of the fee because he works hourly but he apparently thinks differently and expect he'll come up with some crap, like he did more that I think he did, he did not. What he did do was offer me a deal, struck with the prosecutor, that was nothing less than pathetic, he literally handed me a super bad deal and it's not what I hired him for. He sold me up the river and I regretfully paid for that. I do not recommend this attorney! He does not return phone calls and I feel he owes me cash that I will never see again. He's crooked and not worth your time or money. Of course it's the system that is just as bad but I hired an attorney for a reason. If I went with the public defender I am sure the outcome could have been better or the same and I would not have spent all this cash. Attorney Waldrup is not worth your time and hard-earned money, in my opinion and experience. read more

Michael. Waldrup delivered on every legal objective on my case. He successfully got the DUI I was charged with thrown out in addition to one other count in my case. He was extremely prompt in all dealings with me and the court. He had thorough knowledge of the law and appropriate motions to file in my case including a waiver to appear at hearing saving me $2000 in travel costs in addition to lost wages. I would strongly recommend Michael Waldrup ESQ. read more
