Do yourself a favour and avoid the Cobb and Co at the Wakatu Hotel. On my visit I found the staff quite friendly but more interested in flirting with their co-workers. Wait times for a top-up are lengthy, despite being the only person in the restaurant.
The food was confused and poor quality.
Avoid if you're a vegan, too. Another couple popped in and inquired as to whether they could be catered for. The waitress told 'em 'nup' and that was that. I hope they found their way to East Street instead. read more
