I was fortunate to attend one of the most informative, challenging and thought provoking classes here while in town for a bit. Eloise lead a fantastic class! I really liked how she adjusted the class to the various levels of the room. Great tempo with some longer holds and plenty of options with varied skill levels. I look forward to practicing there again. Only minus was the studio was very chilly, hence the 4 stars. Given the age of the building it's understandable but a nice space heater would've been welcoming.
