I give Tuan a rating of 10 out of 10 for quality of service rendered at all levels. He is my go to guy for as long as I'm here I was on the verge of replacing my computer a few weeks ago. I was sure it was about to crash and burn. It had frozen up several times and when I tried to reboot it, a message had flashed on the screen advising me there was a hard drive error. Concerned that I was about to lose all my personal photos and documents, I turned it off and started researching new computers. Those that would suit my purposes completely were at minimum of $1500.00 and up. It was by a stroke of luck that Wainwright Computer Services and Tuan Lieu flashed up on my Facebook page. I had no idea there was a computer repair service here. Tuan was out of town but called me within hours of receiving my call for help, gave me instructions on what not to do and arranged for me to bring my computer in as soon as he returned. Within less than 12 hours of his receiving the computer, he had backed up all the data I was concerned about, put in a new hard drive, cleaned up several other technical issues and returned my computer to me. I am truly grateful. The computer's performance is as good as when it was new, if not better. Every step of the way Tuan explained exactly what he'd discovered, what was required or best solution for the issue, alternatives and exactly what the cost would be for each. For the amount of work he did, the new parts, the time he spent keeping me informed I feel like I have a brand new computer that fills all my needs at a fraction the cost. Many thanks Tuan.
