The entire wrap is 1 cm thick (!!!!) and 3.5 cm wide, a flat piece of nothing. They need to take their heads out of the basket and look around what you get for the same price for instance in Subway or any other decent places. What also annoys me is that their customer service is poor. While the girl is making 3 smoothies in the back, anytime in between two operations, she could stop, ask what you want, maybe answer a question or take payment. But no, she waits until she finishes everything, a multi-step operation and then turns to you for anything. That is poor multitasking. If they would not operate out of a sport center where people don't have any other choice, they wouldn't have any orders for sure. I know it's a franchise, but somebody needs to do an audit there and get them back into shape. What they offer is not up to the standards at all.
