Inside has such much variety of sushi, Japanese merchandise and groceries, as well as a fish market located all the way in the back. The fridges are packed with lots of variety of sushi and bowls. Love how you can choose any fish from the glass window and the staff will ask whether you want it sliced or not. The line is always long so be prepared to wait but it moves quite fast. Pricing is so reasonable and most of the sushi are $9+. Such a steal! Staff was friendly and welcoming. I used my SGV Food Passport and redeemed a free salmon avocado roll (or California Roll). What a deal! It came with 12 mini rolls packed with salmon and avocado. The salmon was so fresh and delicious! This is one of my favorite rolls there so glad I got it free! I also got the Unagi Sushi. It consisted of 12 mini eel rolls. It was stuffed with eel and packed with flavor. It tasted so yummy and fresh. Definitely one of my favorites! Last but not least, got the Nigiri! It consisted of tuna, salmon, and yellowtail. This was my absolute favorite! It was so buttery and fresh. It literally melted in my mouth but how soft it was. Knowing my husband would likely be displeased with a prolonged wait in the car, I opted to purchase only wafer ice cream sandwiches and red bean mochi. I certainly plan to return, but I will ensure my next visit does not immediately follow working hours.
