Communication was absolutely terrible. Billy came out and said he'd quote a bunch of things and…read morenever did. Instead quoted $600 for "clean up" and left a lot of yard debris behind, while also shredding our hosta plants with their rakes in the process. After we had to follow up with them, he said he would see if if he could fit us in the following week. That was on a Wednesday and just now (Sunday) he sends an email saying he wouldn't be able to come back out until after June 12th. What lawn care company comes out to do a clean up, doesn't do the full job or do it well, and then says they'll finish it a month later? Lawn Crafters, apparently. Customer beware.
