This was the first time we were going to be away from our fur girl for any extended period of time and had a ton of reservations about what to do with Mabel during our trip. Alicia put all of our worries at ease right away. Prior to our vacation, she encouraged us to bring Mabel over for a tour of the facilities and my wife was shocked with how quickly Mabel warmed up to her. Throughout the entire trip, Alicia would text my wife with a pic or video of our girl and she literally looked like she was living her best dog life!! From swimming excursions to playing with other doggos, Mabel looked very happy and like she was enjoying herself immensely. The extra care and communication with us was just entirely next level and really gave us a worry-free time away. This is an exceptional business and we would trust them time and again if we ever decide to take another extended trip or if we just needed a dog sitter for a day or so. I know Mabel would be delighted as well. 5 GLOWING STARS out of 5!!

Personally, myself and my family have always had wonderful experiences here - with all of our pets…read moremy entire life (I'm 29 years old). we've always been helped with kindness, and the workers no matter which position...have always treated myself and others around me while there with dignity and respect, which is very rare (especially in these days). When we couldn't pay (15+ years ago..maybe more) for a kitten we tried saving, we found out quickly that it wasn't going to make it, and I was crushed - but we didn't have the money to pay for it to be put down. It was the middle of the night, and this amazing woman (I haven't seen her since, I assumed she was an angel disguised as a worker) approached me and took care of the cost herself. So, we went to a room and the amazing woman came in and explained how process works. she made sure to assure me there would be no pain, and she let me hold the kitten until she was gone. she didn't suffer, she just went to sleep peacefully and was no longer suffering. I was still bawling of course, but who wouldn't? Afterwards, clinic staff stepped in and helped what would've been the most traumatize experience of my life - so I will never have a negative thing to say about this place. The ladies who answer are always the kindest people, and our animals have always loved the staff as well! I highly recommend you give them a try, and give them a chance. At the end of the day, even if you had a bad experience and left a negative review, just remember we are all human and have bad days...it's never too late to give someone a second opportunity to show you who they really are. they might just surprise you! (& this goes for people in general as well, we need to treat people with kindness because you never know what someone is facing internally).

I visited Sand Creek and talked with the owners Jeff and Lisa. I got to tour the grounds and learn about the process. The training takes about 30 days I really liked the fact I could visit my pup whenever I wanted during the month. I visited several times. Lisa kept me informed regularly regarding the progress of the training. Upon his graduation she ran me through the details and steps of keeping the dog obedient. It's been a week now, we have taken 10 walks of 2-3 miles each. I am very impressed with the dogs progress, he walks very well and Obeys commands. I realize to keep the progress you must continue to reinforce and use the initial training Very satisfied with Sand Creek Thank You!

You could tell they put love and care into each dog and get to know them, which is the most important part to me! The only bummer was the booking process. I confirmed my total cost with them twice before arriving so that we could plan financially, and then it ended up being an extra $85 once I dropped them off because of the holiday weekend ($65 for holiday pickup, $10 holiday fee per dog). I understand this logic and I'm totally willing to pay for the holiday weekend, we just felt a bit blindsided. I think it was an honest miscalculation on their part, and like I said my dogs had a great stay where they were cared for, so we would use them again!
