Since then, servers have been attentive, but not overly so, and congenial. The restaurant is always clean. This includes the ladies' restroom. We usually get the Pick 2. The chupacabra sandwich is delicious. I've also had the fried shrimp and the fisherman's platter at different times. Both excellent. Suffice it to say, deciding to give Pub W a second try was well worth the effort.

I asked to speak with the manager and explained our concerns and the lame excuses we were getting by the hostess. He apologized and was miraculously able to seat us right away.
