I even talked to her assistant, who told me she would make sure Annette got my message and returned my call. She has not returned my calls. My reason to talk to her was because I received a letter from her stating she had run my husband's credit report and due to his report, she was denying him insurance. firsts of all, we have never applied for Allstate Insurance. Second of all, my husband passed away over 5 years ago. Why did she run our credit report and and why will she not return my call? How can she run a credit report without my permission? I may need to contact the main office. I just don't understand why a person would do this. I did notice that of her positive reviews were done within days of each other. The only reason I gave her a star is because I couldn't leave a review without one. My choice would have been a minus 5.

I've had all of my policies here for a few years without issue…read more I recently purchased a new vehicle and requested that the coverage be matched up with one of our existing vehicles. The new vehicle was added and all seemed a-ok. I didn't realize at the time that they simply failed to add one of the requested coverages to my new vehicle and when I had my first and only accident I found out the hard way that they failed to do as asked and confirmed. I figured it must have been a mistake and called to ask about it. I was told "I wasn't the one who made this change so I don't know what happened or why the coverage wasn't added but I'd be happy to add it now". Of course I'm still out my coverage and have to eat the costs myself. This in itself would be only annoying, however the guy who I talked to is the guy we were talking with and he's the manager of the office apparently. Not going to deal with a dishonest business, will be moving my policy to another local agency.
