The new vehicle was added and all seemed a-ok. I didn't realize at the time that they simply failed to add one of the requested coverages to my new vehicle and when I had my first and only accident I found out the hard way that they failed to do as asked and confirmed. I figured it must have been a mistake and called to ask about it. I was told "I wasn't the one who made this change so I don't know what happened or why the coverage wasn't added but I'd be happy to add it now". Of course I'm still out my coverage and have to eat the costs myself. This in itself would be only annoying, however the guy who I talked to is the guy we were talking with and he's the manager of the office apparently. Not going to deal with a dishonest business, will be moving my policy to another local agency.

I had four quotes from different auto insurance companies and Allstate was the least expensive and the best location for me. The only thing I would change is the feel of the office and make it seem like they want to stay awhile ,at first impression I walked in and it looked like they just moved in yesterday, but they have been at this location for quite a few years.
