Wow!! I am a…read moreperfectionist and very picky. I care about the little details. And I can tell you that the guys and crews at Apex Paint and Remodel really knocked it out of the park! I straight up photoshopped my house colors on and they helped me achieve my vision. From the consultation - Evan and Travis gave me a lot of their time, answered all my questions, and didn't make me feel rushed. I felt super heard and like they were there to help me understand! I chose a paint and remodel company because I have a 1930s craftsman home and wanted its beauty and character preserved and enhanced - I knew a regular paint company wouldn't accomplish that. Then came the actual painting. I think I had them try like 10 different swatches and I changed my mind half a dozen times up until the last minute. The crews (led by Jeromy, Richard, and Jason) were all incredibly patient, warm, and friendly. Even when I panicked over my bold choices halfway through the painting, they were calm and easygoing (while still doing diligent and quality work). The guys on the crews were painters and carpenters capable of repairs and rebuilding my wooden porch railing. I will honestly miss seeing the guys around because everyone was so nice! It feels like I have a brand new house and I am so in love! The neighbors have been oohing and aahing as well. I wanted a cabinet that would allow a couple of drawers to be pulled out for pots, pans and lids. I couldn't find any online or local kits that would fit. I talked to several different cabinet companies and unless I replaced the whole section they didn't do custom. Since I already had new countertops installed, I wasn't in a position to replace the entire cabinet. I finally found John Reynolds through Google Reviews, Reynolds Custom Cabinetry and he was able to get the job done. He was incredible! Please look at the pictures to see how snug fit the cabinet is. We still are in the process of getting them refinished so please don't judge it based on that. But he was professional, polite, punctual, informative, and I just can't recommend him highly enough. He even gave my husband and I a tour of his workshop and it's incredible what he can do. He will literally build from a sheet of wood, he cuts everything down, miters everything himself, only uses the best hardware, he builds things to last generations. The quotes came just under my target price, so I engaged him for this project. And again, he was on time for the construction phase, had few sidetracks, during an extremely busy time for him personally, and was happy to turn my ideas into a reality. The cabinets are extremely well built, and look and work beautifully. The latest soft close hardware, and expert hands turned this gorgeous Alder wood into some superior looking, and home value elevating, works of cabinet artistry. I had United Structures replace a section of fencing in our back yard. The craftsmanship was…read moresubpar, the supports were not fastened to the brackets properly, causing the the fence to be very wobbly, and though they charged a lot for a gate to be installed, I had to have them come back once to fix it because they initially had it dragging on the concrete, and now that the weather is raining, the gate swelled shut and is inoperable because the wood has swelled and only a small 1/16" of an inch gap was given at the top of the gate (which is clearly not square as there is a much larger gap at the bottom). I hesitate to call them back to repair it because I fear that their "fix" won't be much better.

I sent another email on 1/19/22 (to that same email address & to unitedsllc@gmail.com) and received no response. I sent another email on 1/26 (using the previous 2 email addresses as well as capitalmllc@gmail.com) with no response. I called the number provided on the business card & the number on the invoice with no answer. I then texted both numbers, with no answer. I would like United Structures to refund my initial amount paid or finish the job.

Hired PG Home Service to remove old roof and install new on. Paid a down payment of $5000.00 on…read more6/29/21. The owner Paul said he would do the work on August 9th. Due to the death of his mother, he rescheduled to do the work on Aug, 20th, 21st, and finish on the 22nd. I called him on Aug. 18th to confirm, he told me he couldn't do it on that weekend. So we rescheduled again, BIG mistake. Now mind you he signed a contract to do the work. I have got the run around and excuse after excuse. I finally asked for my deposit back, he told me he would give it to me after he was getting paid from another job. That was a lie, my deposit has not been given back as of 8/28/21. I realize now that Paul is not a honest person with no integrity. One more very important fact is his license was suspended April 1, 2021. This I did not know at the time and he falsely represented himself. BEWARE
