I didn't even recover my expenses to be in litigation for 3 years. Winning this case- regarding the profound health impacts of toxic mold exposure- in a public forum was important not only for me and my children but for the countless people who are sick because they live in water-damaged buildings that are not properly repaired by those responsible for making the repairs. A win would have validated my knowledge- confirmed by medical reports backed by peer-reviewed research- that my children have a genetic disorder of the innate immune system that makes exposure to certain toxins extremely consequential. Due to Mr. Fuicelli'a unwillingness to put any effort into a win, my children are still suffering and will face an uphill battle as their health inevitably declines. He referred to his (paying client) as a "crab in the barrel" and told me to stop the "hissy fits". He kept promising the refund until November, and at that time he just stopped responding.
