The obituary that Karen Lamb wrote (the funeral director) was perfect and the funeral service that was held the following day at Washington crossing national cemetery was beautiful. When we arrived at the cemetery they did a tribute to my father for serving in WW2 and I was presented with the American flag. What an honor for my Father. May he rest in peace. I know we are under restrictions due to the covid 19 virus so I feel I need to let that weigh in here but I still truly feel that this was some of the most disrespectful and insensitive things I have witnessed . I have never seen the casket lowered or the vault closed . I watched the funeral director complain and talk down to our party of 9 people that were allowed to be there and I also watched her leave as soon as she possibly could . I know that it shows this as a family run business but i know that is no longer the fact and I also can say that these people have a lot to learn as far as respect and dignity go . That was terrible and I hope they read this and wake up as to how to treat people . Thank you for making what wa s al ready a rough day just that much worse rip Sally

We spoke to another local funeral home that was so overpriced and so u helpful and insensitive. I called and spoke with Dan at Galzerano and right away he put me at ease. He was kind and very sympathetic. He was never driven by the cost only how to help. He asked questions that I wasn't even aware of concerning ways to lower the cost. When we went to meet with him we quickly learned how big this mans heart is! He made the whole process so easy and his price could not be beat. Unfortunately, the services…read moreDennison funeral home provided for my grandfather's funeral were absolutely appalling, embarrassing and disrespectful to my family and grandfather. My grandfather deserved the upmost respect and honor but we will not get a chance at that now. The staff showed up on wrinkles and stained clothing. The readings were not personal and the speech given by the staff was almost a joke. One of the staff members stood right behind the urn for the entire service and we had to stare at him rather than remember my grandfather. Finally, we asked for the remains so that we could distribute them personally. They were given to us in an actual zip block bag and a crinkled envelope like his life never matter. I don't think I will ever get over how awful this day turned out to be. Like I said it's unfortunate we don't get another chance to make this right for my grandfather and family. I warn you to stay away if you want to bring honor to those who have passed.

She was lying saying that she never said it will be there in a month, then she lied saying it was the warehouse. When I called the warehouse they said they never got that order. Then she said the cemetery can't do it if it's cold outside. I called the cemetery they said they can do it in the cold just as long as it doesn't rain. EVERYONE NEVER USE THEM. THEY ARE TRASH!!!!@

I was extremely pleased with the beautiful in house service we were provided, after the viewing they reached out to the church and made it easier for our guest to stay put for what i thought was a beautiful service before we laid my grandmother to rest.
