From our initial meeting forward we enjoyed a very positive experience and are thrilled with the final installation. Our interactions received prompt, thorough and professional service. In fact, every interaction was kind and straight forward. Installation included 1800sf of engineered hardwood flooring. The crew was exceptional... very polite, on time, clean and meticulous over details from floor prep to installation. My project, being an older home, posed a few challenges and the installation crew took no shortcuts in overcoming every obstacle. I do not say this lightly... they met or exceeded every expectation and I'm not an easy customer to please. They just completed my installation about an hour ago and I was genuinely excited to offer a review. He made it be a fun process for us! They have their showroom where you can select tile, but they also give you the option of coming to your home with tiling samples and do everything from the comfort of your own home, which is what we chose. We wanted to see how the tile looked with the lighting in our bathroom. It feels fun and exclusive to select tile this way! No crowds or other customers to worry about! Also we knew that he'd have to come to measure up our bathrooms for a quote anyway, so this worked out well for us. We felt the quote was reasonably priced, and we went ahead. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy and I had no qualms about having them work in our home if I was not there the whole time. Our actual contractor was Daniel, who did an AMAZING job. You can really tell he takes pride in what he does, he is a perfectionist and a true craftsman. We were thrilled with the result. I would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International. We would not hesitate to hire them again if we have any future flooring needs.
