The first treatment was fine, and everything went well. Most of the problem was dealt with. After about a week and a half I started to notice new bites on my legs and Claude was called back in. In bed bug management, it is not unheard of for exterminators to be asked to come in a second time. This guy offers a "6 month warranty", which is fine, but don't count on taking advantage of it unless you're willing to be treated like garbage. The second time he came, he was hostile, rude and laid blame. He claimed that when inspecting earlier in the week he had seen nothing, and refused to even take a second look. He sprayed a second time, begrudgingly, while verbally haranguing me with comments like "I don't know why you didn't call your landlord earlier. Your infestation was so bad, there was like a thousand bed bugs in here." When I informed him that I did not know about the infestation prior to reporting it, he sarcastically responded "Oh, you didn't know?" Long story short, if you're interested in having an already psychologically distressing situation be made worse with blame-laying, rude sermons that are factually inaccurate, then this is the exterminator for you. If you'd prefer decent customer service to go along with a decent product, I recommend finding a different exterminator who uses Drione.
