To the incredible Dr. Ciotta, Ashley and staff,…read more Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking such amazing care of Bluie. We know we called in the middle of an emergency, and even though Bluie wasn't an established patient, you welcomed us with compassion, kindness, and professionalism without hesitation. Our family was scared, emotional, and probably a little chaotic, but every one of you handled the situation with so much grace and understanding. Your calm demeanor and genuine care meant more to us than you'll ever know. Thank you for being there when we needed you most and for treating Bluie like one of your own. We are beyond grateful for everything you did to help our sweet girl. Your kindness and dedication will never be forgotten. With sincere gratitude, Bluie, Kori & Miles Shanks

I cannot recommend Sandy Hill Farm Aussies enough. I adopted my Aussie from her in 2023. I felt…read moreconfident getting my dog from her. The vetting process for adoption was extremely thorough - which is a GOOD thing, do not let it dissuade you. It assures every dog is going to well prepared and loving homes to ensure the best quality of life once they leave her hands. But it goes beyond that. Jennifer has been super supportive of us even after the adoption was completed and we have stayed in touch with her throughout the years. She has been a great resource through puppy training, therapy dog certifications, and beyond. Kalliope has grown up to be a beautiful dog with the most perfect temperament and I'm so glad we found SHFA. (If you're here for cute dog photos...look no further!)

Hello, we had a really rough experience with Jennifer. Unfortunately I can't recommend going…read morethrough the process of buying a dog from her for multiple reasons. At first we messaged her that we wanted to see her puppies she had, and she instantly started by telling us that we had to put a 200 dollar deposit down, we figured we might be able to get it back if things didn't work out. She failed to mention all of the following details though and got us to put down the deposit and we planned on visiting the puppy Sunday. There were multiple extra hoops we were forced to jump through that we had no indication of. First we had to purchase many very specific things in order to buy a dog from her, including vitamins which is kind of unusual. And that she needed to call our vet, and we needed to have an appointment scheduled two days after we picked up the dog. Well we jumped through all of these hoops only for her to cancel the visit and not refund us our money back. Through this process she was very reluctant to send pictures of the puppies which also makes me question how well cared for her puppies are... We found our puppy elsewhere thankfully but she still has our 200 dollars :(.

They were able to schedule us quickly for a tech appointment to get them clipped. We were taken back to a room immediately, waited no more than a minute for the techs to come to the room. They were very sweet with my fearful dog as well as my toddlers. Nails were quickly clipped and paw pads cleaned up where they were punctured. In and out in less than 10 minutes. A different place I had called initially was telling me they would have to put him under anesthesia and pay an emergency visit fee before they even saw how minimally ingrown they were. Really appreciate a vet that evaluates and charges appropriately!!
