They stole all of my link off my card I spent $53 and the balance that was left on there they took it I had $218 when I went in the store when I looked at my card again I had $2.52 and my provider app showed me where they ordered the stuff on Walmart.com read more

This place does fraud on Link with no card present and I'm sure the cashier that took my mom's card had something to do with it. Works at Food 4 Less in Melrose Park told my mom to let her see her card because supposedly the machine was not reading it and then all of a sudden she swiped it bought some groceries and then the next day there was $195.75 spent at this store that's over and hour away and my mom is 70yrs old and has never driven to this side of the city. Something needs to be done and investigated. People need their help since they are on a fixed income. This is ridiculous, go get a job. read more

Yesterday 12/10 they wiped out my Ebt card of $167 (total of 3 transactions) then they tried again today 12/11 @1:23am but failed because there was nothing left after their fraud yesterday. Their "business" number is not working, how convenient for them. They are a bunch of thieves. I've had my link card on me the whole time and have never visited their store, so their theft and fraud was probly from a skimming machine used elsewhere. read more

This store should be shut down! They're operating on a bussiness license thats been expired since 2021! They're stealing people link off They're card! When you go to the store, they say it wasn't them then agree to pay you half of what they stole! Beware! If you've been scammed by this store. Contact the fbi. Don't let the pay you out of filing a police report! read more

Yes this store is stealing people link... We've never been to this store before so how in the world did they take all the link off my sister card and we've never been to this store. The company or staff is definitely involved in fraud without an actual card being present. I have reported them to the usda investigation office. I will look for other offices to report them to.. also, I have never stepped foot into this facility... I can't explain how it's happening but watch out/ Beware read more
