These hours are the least packed ones, and makes this café really cosy. It's light, and if you're lucky, you can get one of the tables with armchairs instead of just regular chairs.
The fika, as we call it in Sweden, is great. Broad variety, and great stuff. Everything is homemade and tastes a lot. They changed the selection a few months ago though, so I haven't tried a lot of the new stuff. My favourite is the lemon bisquie with one of their teas.
It's not extremely Pricey either, you get what you pay for really. If you get a slice of a cake and a cup of coffee, it's around 50-60 SEK, but you can get away with much less for something else, and some more with a sandwich or something more foody.
They have sandwiches, salads and they sell homebaked bread as well. The bread is often out of stock after a few hours, but they do their sandwiches from their own bread, so you can still have a taste if you want to!
I would recommend it, but it's not really in the town center. More close to the town library, but still a 5 minute walk from the malls of town.
